Take a look at the statistics and say blacks are not more violent than whites. It has nothing to do with poverty since the stats do not show income has much to do with it. It is a culture of violence which has existed since creation.
This is not racist, it is a fact that nobody wants to talk about. Find one place where blacks are that does not have elevated levels of rapes, robbery and violence. Facts are stubborn things.

I’ve never denied that there’s a certain psychic pathology within the black culture, but it’s a fact that not every black person is infected with it. That was my only point to you.
