He hasn't and don't believe he will. In fact, if I understood him correctly, he indicated that any other similarity situated former government official would also not face any action. That is really broad and sweeping and would virtually require a specific, documented plan and admitted knowledge of illegality to face charges.

FWIW, Comey clearly stated earlier that he is no longer a Republican. He said he is now "unregistered".
