Well, it's not a crime if they do so and knowingly keep classified infomtation on it. Some might find it convenient, compared with having to go to a secure location to view classified materials.
YES. We have that absolutely clear-cut case where she orders staff to strip off classified markings and send doc unsecure. Yet, no one in hearing or MSM ever brings this up as clear evidence of her intent.

We all know what is going on here. Comey did not want the FBI to get involved in a Presidential campaign. He gave Hillary a pass knowing full well she and her aides were guilty of crimes. He did not do his job. He lacks integrity.

FBI: Did you intend to do anything wrong? H: Nope.
FBI: Did you intend to be grossly negligent? H: No, just extremely careless.
FBI: Should we ignore the mountain of evidence that you went to enormous trouble to mishandle classified information and cover your tracks? H: Yes.
FBI: Thanks, nothing to see here.

Comey does NOT seem to care that 'INTENT' is NOT relevant to the law here. That SOB mentions intent when he KNOWS that intent is not required to be GUILTY under espionage laws.
Wait a minute.....didn’t Comey say in his infamous statement that NO ONE KNEW WHAT HE WAS GOING TO SAY. Now we know that an FBI team of 15 or 20 agreed with his “no reasonable” blah, blah, blah.

I wanted a congressman to ask Comey “I’m on the intelligence committee and I have 22 emails Ms. Clinton sent that were classified. If I email them to my friends on a yahoo email will I be prosecuted?”
Of course, I assume his answer would be “But you admitted you knew they’re classified and intended to email them. Ms. Clinton is just a dumb ass so she gets a pass.”
