My understanding is “with the intent to retain (it) at an unauthorized location” was the sole scope of the investigation.

As I hear him, he continually goes back to this (as he said to Gowdy): “My focus is, What was the [her] thinking around the classified information?” I.E., he angsts that he can’t prove criminal intent over her handling of classified info.

I am not aware that the scope was so limited as you suggest, but if true, it adds to another point I wanted to make in trying to give Comey the widest latitude of benefit of the doubt in his assessment of the case and testimony before Congress.

Comey aches at the appearance of treating Hillary unfairly JUST because she is a high-profile figure, ie, in his words “celebrity hunting.” He insists, in fact on treating her as if she was “john doe” just off the streets, an average citizen.

Hillary was after all, as State Secy, nth from the line of succession to POTUS!!! “celebrity-hunting” pul-ease!

There is every reason to hold her to a higher standard-—the most high standard of legal accountability.

Furthermore, if she was a current State Secy, he would have recommended the strictest penalties-—firing, lost of security clearance, etc, etc. Alas, she is no longer a govt employee. She is merely running to be POTUS!!!!!!!!

Comey seems to have, during the entire investigation, strained at a legality gnat and swallowed the camel of justice.

Can't speak about all of them, but regarding Lacy Clay, they put together a predominately black district in St. Louis, and Clay's dad represented it for decades. When they merged the first and third district a few years ago, it pitted Russ Carnahan, from a long-time Missouri political family against Clay, and the DNC gave Carnahan no support. It is in every sense an affirmative action seat in the H of R. I have a hunch many of the Democratic seats have been gerrymandered for maximum minority representation.

The second amendment gives us the LEGAL right to protect our country from enemies of this country.

If treason is proved and there is no controlling legal authority, nobody can be brought up on charges for taking over DC to secure our Republic.

This is why they are so anxious to gun-grab right out of the box for no reason. There is a legitimate reason all right and it is so save their own skin.

This is great to know.
According with this added knowledge,surely Comey would know this but failed again! Comey says, there was NO Intent by Hillary!
Sad Day for Justice, but certainly telling about how deeply inept and possibly corrupt our FBI is.
