"Folks, Put The Pieces Together" - Judge Jeanine Rages Over Comey/Clinton Debacle
Never one to mince words, Judge Jeanine Pirro goes on an epic rant regarding the FBI's decision not to recommend charges against Hillary Clinton.
Judge Pirro says that given all of her experience, the case against Hillary Clinton should have been presented to a grand jury. Not only that, but Pirro cuts right to the point by saying that the entire decision reeks of favoritism.
"You all know I think highly of Jim Comey, I worked with him when I was a DA and he was the United States attorney. Today however, was a very dark day for the Department of Justice, and the FBI and criminal justice at large in this nation. When Jim Comey presented facts that supported the actual indictment of Hillary Clinton and said no reasonable person would prosecute, that case defies logic."
"This is a case, Hillary Clinton, that cries out for presentation to a grand jury. Political appointees including Jim Comey and Loretta Lynch should not be making this decision."
"Now what we have is a country that doesn't believe in the system anymore. This case should have gone to a grand jury. Ordinary Americans should have heard this case. You've got political appointees like Jim Comey, Loretta Lynch, and someone who was beneath Loretta Lynch who is also a political appointee making this decision, reeks of favoritism."
Judge Pirro then lays the timeline out and very bluntly asks everyone to put the pieces together.
"One day you've got Bill Clinton meeting with Loretta Lynch, the next day you've got Hillary Clinton meeting with the FBI, and then after that you've got Hillary Clinton campaigning with the president after she says 'I would consider Loretta Lynch as my Attorney General', folks put the pieces together."
"I have never been more ashamed of my country than today."
* * *
There isn't much more to add to that - we suspect Judge Pirro's rant is precisely what many Americans are thinking.

“James Comey refused to be a human sacrifice and the focus of Clinton revenge and sabotage for the rest of his life.”
Then james comey is a coward and is NOT a patriot.

You raise a good point.... What is your take on what went on when Clinton met with Lynch on the plane? They definitely talked about Hillary's situation. Bill Clinton dropped a few indirect threat along with the carrot (incentive) that Lynch would remain Attorney General under Hillary. Bill did not just drop in to see an old friend. It's not as though Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch are friends even though Clinton appointed her a Federal judge. Bill Clinton is acquainted with thousands of Democrat hacks and Lynch is just one of them.
The only question: Did Bill Clinton ambush and surprise Lynch to force a meeting? I don't think so. They both knew ahead of time even if it was just an hour or two.

Plus how can Obama pardon Hillary if there is no indictment from Lynch.
After Bill Clinton and Lynch met up this was the final straw for James Comey. He knew the fix would be in for an Obama pardon or a non-indictment even if the FBI recommended one. That Comey would be left holding the bag and would an eternal enemy of the Clintons who could make his life a living hell
So just a few days after the Clinton-Lynch pow-wow James Comey caved and made his announcement about Hillary

He could, there is precedent. Ford pardoned Nixon after he resigned from office.
As for the rest I think Comey has stepped aside as the Bighorn rams butt heads.
Obama has no love for the Clintons. He won’t pardon her now that he has cover from Comey and will let Trump drive the stake in Clintons heart leaving his hands clean.
There is no downside for Obama not pardoning Hillary, after all she’s innocent......just ask her! ask lynch, ask Comey! .....and he gets cold revenge delivered by other people’s hands.

Every decent person is enraged over the handling of the Clinton case. Only a Democrat would be pleased.

The only question: Did Bill Clinton ambush and surprise Lynch to force a meeting? Those discussion points sound about right. As for the question you posed, I can't imagine that it wasn't planned by both parties. The theory that I've posed is that when Lynch was approached by the Clintons, she recognized that she could take advantage of this as it allowed her to recuse herself without her have initiated anything to make that recusal a reality. Thus her conditions for meeting were that a) it had to be initiated by Bill, b) it had to appear like she was taken by surprise and thus the fallout would all be on the Clintons heads, not hers.... she would remain above the fray and kept high and dry. c) she would be kept on as AG.

Agreed, but even Democrats are enraged (though most claim they’re still voting for her in spite of their anger.)

I was pretty ashamed when Jim Comey stated the laws for the powerful were different than the laws for the powerless. It was the end of everything that made me proud to be an American.
