Yesterdays rally was awesome, and we sure needed that dose of Trump last night.
The man is a fighter, when was the last time we saw a fighter?
I still think Trump’s VP will be someone that will totally surprise everyone, and not on the list currently out there.

I won’t be there but will instead be here with you guys...my Freepers. Not sure about Newt and too many previous brain carts on his part with Pelosi and Clinton, etc. Plus calling Trump out recently. If it happens I’m ok with it but want to see all puzzles kicked out of government and is rather see Newt chief of staff.

Nice and light, and satisfying the need for potassium and must. Marlene made rice smothered with sauteed ground pork, potatoes, red bell pepper, garlic, onion and tomato sauce. Typical Filipino fare!

Sharonville has a convention center? My how things have changed since graduating from Greenhills in 1971. The biggest highlight of Sharonville then was the Golden Tee across the freeway from Princeton High School.
That is now .5 million from the convention center.

Mazda-you ain’t seen nothing. The old Princeton HS was razed last Fall. The new one across the street is beautiful. And, as I’m sure you’re aware, there are no Greenhills Pioneers anymore. They are now the Winton Woods Warriors after merging with Forest Park.
And the convention center is nice. It WILL be packed!

I saw the empty lot at Princeton last summer when stopping by on my way from Mid-Ohio back to Jax. I was stunned.
We lived first in Greenhills while my dad was in Nam and then just off Kemper Road in FP. My little brother and sister graduated from FP.
I can’t remember any Woodwards but then again, I just spent high school years there because right after that, the Army joined me and I was a lifelong Army Brat to top it off. Some of my best friends over time were in the Drummond St. area. Ken Paul and Greg Vandehatert. My grandparents lived there from the time the WPA townhouses were built.

I agree Newt is too important to waste on the VP who sits in the Senate and attends funerals He needs to be chief of staff or an assistant like Jarret.
Michelle Bachman. Is being ignored but serves on the evangelical committee. They have a relationship that no one is discussing. Would she bring Minnesota with her? Thinking completely out of box. But who most resembles his children in temperament? Young? Energetic? That’s who he needs for VP. Jared, Ivanka’s husband should also be close by. He trusts and knows him.
Still see CHRISTY as AG Trumps should turn he and Gullianne loose on the DC cartel.
(Waking thinking that Comey is up to something to change his stripes and not be the straight arrow everyone once knew him as. Still thinking he might not have wanted to expose thru discovery all he had for the foundation case. He certainly exposed all of her lies and practically handed Trump the office.

I can’t help but think that the email thing is small potatoes. The Foundation thing is huge. That to me is the example of greed, and the Clintons. Using the office for their personal gain. No one does that and gets away with it.

Trump got me out of my funk last night.
I unloaded on my reps in DC yesterday afternoon about the Comey Circus and the obvious felonies of Clinton—I warned the staffers first though.
I was respectful but forceful.
I would encourage everyone to call their reps, either in DC or local offices. You’ll find the numbers here:
Find the number of your reps and call them.
We can all do that.
They are counting on us doing nothing.
I’m sure I will be able to support any VP candidate Trump taps. Maybe he will surprise us with somebody who has not yet been discussed. Sarah Palin was definitely a surprise pick in 2008 and maybe we get another such pick.
I have been reading about the 1948 race and how the “smart set” never gave Truman a chance. Truman was seen as a hopeless rube who had no business in presidential politics. He was made fun of for his plain talk and his unsophisticated ways. Truman was also considered to be crude and unpolished. The urbane and polished Dewey was considered a shoo-in. We know how that turned out.
I mentioned Michelle Bachmann a couple of times yesterday on different threads. Didn’t get much reaction. If he’s going to do the “woman” thing for the VP slot, I’d much rather see her than Joni Ernst. She had the backbone to call everyone’s attention to the muslim brotherhood working in the Obama administration.
