FBI Director James Comey said today his agency is not recommending that charges be brought against Hillary Clinton as a result of the year-long investigation into her use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state.

There is no question she violated her requirement to properly handle the Internet DOd regulations. She committed espionage when she instructed her subordinates how to by pass the security situation by using a form of "talk around" with the action of patch and paste, and she perjured herself because she did it knowingly and thus creating treason. Most of these actions are considered treason and should be a sentence of years in federal prison. If the justice department does not either go public with their reasoning to prove to the populous their rational then they are providing maleficence and should be fired or sued, which ever way is appropriate and possibly tried for the same. red

The problem is, that he actually IS the most trustworthy person in the government.

Trump’s no dummy and neither is Comey. No, I don’t think Comey is corrupt or compromised, either.

This locks in PIAPS as the Dem candidate, preventing a Biden or Warren swapout.

This gives Trump the Crooked Hillary / Rigged System / Corrupt DC campaign theme to pound until November, further driving a wedge between PIAPS and Bernie supporters.

This allows new information (via Wikileaks or Putin) to be dumped, further smearing the Clintons and Obamas - gifts that keep on giving for Trump.

This keeps the potential for prosecution under a Trump administration intact, with a new AG and prosecutors.

This says nothing about criminal activity by the Clintons with regard to the Clinton Foundation and any pay-to-play while Secretary of State.

I think what Comey has done is give the Dems a victory that ultimately they will regret.
