In an interview with Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd, former Secretary of State reveals she learned about the Bill Clinton-Loretta Lynch "secret meeting" through the news:
"Well, I learned about it in the news," Clinton told Todd in an interview broadcasted on Sunday's Meet the Press. "And it was a short, chance meeting at an airport tarmac."

So Chuck, I only learned of Bill's accidental meeting with Loretta, a dear old friend by the way, after reading of it in the news papers.

I don’t believe spouses can testify against each other. So she is free to lie all she wants about this.
In his new book Crisis of Character: A White House Secret, Gary Bryne tells about another secret service agent’s private encounter with the GodFather, Bill Clinton, during the testimony hearings, starting on page 166-167.
Clinton approached the agent and after some small talk, he asked the agent how his wife and kids were…...They had never actually talked before.
“Nothing about that was normal. It was obviously a subtle form of intimidation. The president was sending a message that he knew of the officer’s recent testimony,---and perhaps was sending a more sinister message.”
