but as far as slo-joe goes he lies and distorts with impunity. I almost instantly thought that CNN report was utter crap. The FBI hadn’t even had time to put together a transcript yet! And anyone who knows anything about an investigation knows Hillary’s interview would have to be compared with other interviews and items in evidence, fact-checked and followed up before ANY action could or would be taken.
In July of 2008 he said HE would be POTUS for “the next 8 to 10 years”.
He wasn’t planning on Clinton, Trump, or anybody else to be POTUS until up to 2 years beyond his Constitutional term limit. What is he planning on doing to keep HIMSELF in office until up to July of 2018? Have to be something that prevents either the election or the inauguration...
It would have to be something huge. And Loretta Lynch’s theatrics with Bubba, Hillary’s questioning, etc would serve to keep everybody distracted while he puts the finishing touches on what he’s got planned...
And there were no doubt more than a few decent, hard working and ethical individuals in the British government circa 1776.
Actually, you’ll find a lot more who believe, as I do, that regaardless of the criminality of the act, the Clintons will skate. This is a POLITICAL issue, not a legal one. And the political class will always seek to protect its own.
They had prima facie evidence of a National Security Felony the instant they found TS/SCI information on her server.
What they are doing now is legally, and methodically gathering the evidence as who and how many are responsible for that...in a manner that not even a sympathetic jury could ignore.
And sufficient that even a POTUS or AG would not interfere.
That takes time.
Yes. While we all yearn for the justice that putting Hillary in prison would demonstrate, we should be aware that this eventual end-state can be delayed, ever so slightly.
The failure to indict by this administration...and the resulting Democrat Party support for that outcome is like manna from heaven.
As you said, all the incriminating evidence will come out anyway...and some of it from international sources, further damning the bitch. AND her supporters.
And in 2017 a Trump admin can prosecute everyone involved.
It's "dragged on and on" because the Clintons specialize in stonewalling investigators.
Back in the '90s they were very successful at this, refusing to release evidence during the multiple criminal investigations, or delaying it for so long that it took years (prompting the Dim slogan "Move On!").
The Clintons' flacks blamed the investigators for "taking years" and "costing the taxpayers millions." Their accomplices in the media, pretending to miss the irony, dutifully parroted those lines.
Exactly the same template is now being used by the Clintons and their corrupt media to attack the Benghazi investigation.
But look where Tim Russert is now? He has been taking that dirt nap for awhile.
