That is exactly what happened. She had the private server so she herself could not get caught actually delivering top secret material. Any transfer of information now could be claimed to be a hack from a foreign government. The server was the equivalent of a bank employee "forgetting" to lock the door and turn on the alarm on a certain day.

That is what I have been saying as well on many threads the last few days. That is why she is protected.
The only way she is indicted is if there is someone at the top who is willing to throw Obama under the bus with her and that probably will not happen but I truly truly hope I am wrong.
