Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch will support the recommendations from prosecutors and others leading probes into the use of a private email server by Hillary Clinton during her time as secretary of state, a Justice Department official said.

Lynch’s statement — expected later Friday during a gathering in Colorado — underscores the intense sensitivity surrounding the FBI and Justice investigations into the past use of an exclusive email server by the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee.

Yes, she will accept them, after having shepherded them along, using strategically-placed cronies, into specificities that she will find acceptable.

Typical...that it did not rise to the level of a criminal violation.

In other words, there is no statute that says she couldn't do it.

This whole thing on the tarmac was kabuki. She sets herself up for tghe outrage, appeared to back down and will allow the professionals to decide. Then when no indictment is forthcoming she, Barky, and the Clintonmafioso can say, “see there was nothing there. The professionals found nothing after Lynch stepped away. Time to move on. “

Has anyone asked whether Bill Clinton had his attorney with him when he met with Lynch?

That’s not what she said and she’s already refuted that take.

She’ll accept the report, she said about acting on it. She still controls the officials who would vote to recommend an indictment.

Outstanding question. No wonder the media was blind to it?

Above should read:

Just who are these “career professionals”? Will they remain faceless and nameless? Why doesn’t some journalist ask this question. We deserve to know who is really making these decisions so that we can judge their impartiality.

The election will be rigged to make the Democrat nominee the winner. Mark my words. They have too much to lose if Trump is voted in, hence, there will be “irregularities”.

AG steps down. New AG must be nominated.

Either no new nomination (don't want to interfere with impending election donchaknow).

OR New AG emergency appointed and must wade through mountains of evidence to determine if a crime or misdemeanor was committed.(setting process back almost to day one)

Does “accept” mean that she will act on those recommendations and indict Hillary? Or does it mean that she will thank the F.B.I. for all of their hard work, and tell them she will “consider” their recommendations for possible action?

The latter. The reporter pushed her (laughingly) on it, and she admitted that “accepting the Fed’s rec” means taking it in, and then making her own decision with her career co criminals in the dept...

That says to me that she knows what’s coming from the findings and it leans in favor of the Dems. Not good.

Now that is a good question. And I think I can answer it.

Whether or not he did have his attorney there, he did. He was just golfin’ with the guy and he happened to join him on the AG plane, by sheer convenient coincidence.
