Bill Clinton Up to No Good Visiting Attorney General Loretta Lynch
PJ Media ^ | June 30, 2016 | J. Christian Adams

Posted on 06/30/2016 8:20:54 AM PDT by jazusamo

Whenever Bill Clinton gets on a plane to meet a woman, he’s usually up to no good.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch said her impromptu tarmac summit at Phoenix Sky Harbor was a purely social affair. Golf and grandchildren were on the agenda, she said -- and not how a home-brew server crammed with classified information ended up in Bill’s basement.

However, the attorney general normally doesn’t meet with family members of a target in an active FBI criminal investigation.

Hillary is just that -- a target in an FBI criminal investigation.

But you’d never know that listening to Attorney General Lynch. She borrowed the narrative of the Hillary campaign when she described the FBI criminal investigation as a “security inquiry.”

Downplaying the FBI criminal investigation is a deliberate communications strategy of the Clinton campaign. It’s a very bad sign that the person who must approve any grand jury referral has adopted Hillary’s dishonest language.

Many won’t believe Lynch and Clinton only discussed grandkids and golf in her cozy jet. But I do.

That’s all they needed to discuss for Bill to interfere with a criminal prosecution. Sophisticated insiders don’t need to use clumsy and explicit language. Merely having the tarmac summit interferes with the investigation, even if golf and grandkids were the only topics discussed.

The tarmac summit sent a signal. It is a signal to all of the hardworking FBI agents who have the goods on Hillary.

The attorney general has made it clear what team she is on. The attorney general isn’t on the side of justice. She’s on the Democratic Party team.

This is the unspoken message from Lynch to all of the FBI agents on the case and to all the front-line lawyers at the Justice Department:

When you send your recommendation to refer Hillary’s case to the grand jury, you had better realize your burden to convince me I should sign off on a grand jury request is higher than you thought. These are my friends.

This is standard operating procedure in the Obama Justice Department. When DOJ lawyers were reviewing South Carolina Voter ID laws for pre-clearance under the Voting Rights Act, then-Attorney General Eric Holder gave an interview and speech about the discriminatory nature of voter ID laws. Like day follows night, the lawyers responsible for the review then blocked South Carolina’s law under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.

It took South Carolina several million dollars in attorney fees to win a federal court case to gain approval -- fees the state cannot recover.

I have never believed Hillary will be indicted, even though the case appears fairly easy to make. As I told the Kelly File last night, I suspect a county district attorney could win the case. For a swarm of seasoned assistant United States attorneys? It seems like a slam dunk.

But that’s not what matters in the age of Obama. An indictment of Hillary would likely increase her popularity with Democrats. It’s Ken Starr all over again. Remember, Bill Clinton became more popular when he was under legal attack.

This saga involves two American values which perhaps are irreconcilable in this mess. Criminal proceedings should not alter election outcomes. The Justice Department has long had such a policy, where proceedings are delayed until afteran election -- that’s so America doesn’t come to resemble a third world nation that criminalizes politics.

At the same time, the American ideal says nobody is above the law -- even Hillary.

That’s what separates the Anglo-America legal experience from every other legal culture in world history.

This is a marriage of a Clinton-style carnival ride in an age of Obama-style lawlessness. The stars of “ no controlling legal authority” are behaving badly in an age of “ punishing your enemies and rewarding your friends .”

That it is no longer about a dalliance with a White House intern and instead involves national security makes the gangsterism all the more frightening.

This is what I expected: the FBI/DoJ doesn't want to politicize the investigation. And I understand the problem, under most circumstances. You don't want an existing administration to be able to undermine the opposition by prosecuting or harassing them. That's essentially what the IRS did, and people should have gone to jail for it.

However, a Presidential candidate is different. Once elected, the only remedy is impeachment, which is a political proceeding -- not a criminal prosecution.

When Nixon was caught covering up a minor crime that he didn't sanction and didn't even know about until after-the-fact, Republicans in the Senate were unwilling to protect him. They told Nixon this, and he resigned rather than face impeachment and subsequent Senate trial.

On the other hand, Democrats wouldn't hold Bill Clinton responsible, even when he demonstrably lied under oath in a grand jury deposition. I would expect them to protect Hillary, even though there is definitive proof of a conspiracy to expose classified information.

This is aside from the gross negligence. Clinton apparently didn't realize that her email instructing an aide to remove classification headings from a message on the secured email system at State and send it to her on her unsecured home-brew system was prima facie evidence of a crime. The information wasn't classified, but there's a process to review and "downgrade" a document with classified information by removing all the classified bits. This wasn't followed, and Clinton admits to it in her response.

In addition to the gross negligence and conspiracy, Hillary also failed to report a breach of classified information when it was sent to her by Sid Blumenthal. It's unknown (to the public) where Sid got the info. But it was marked "sensitive", and was instantly recognizable as classified at the highest level by anyone that has been briefed for a security clearance: it revealed methods for collecting intelligence.

Hillary signed an SF-312 stating that all of this had been explained to her, and that she understood her obligations and would comply with them. It's available on-line -- I think it was an FOIA request by Judicial Watch.

Ultimately, the only solution is political. Trump has to hammer this issue over and over. He could get maximum leverage by recruiting people from the national security community to explain the obligations of a person with a security clearance, and how Hillary failed to do so.

For bonus points, his legal research team should dig up cases where people were prosecuted for the same crimes that Hillary has committed, and compare/contrast the facts of the case.

None of this will convince the brain-dead leftists. But, it WILL put doubt in the brain of a lot of people that don't know who Hillary really is, having been spoon-fed information by the enemedia.

...”Loretta was telling Bill to tell Hillary to withdraw from the race for medical reasons. They know Hillary can’t win and want to slip in Joe Biden or Pocahontas.”...

I have always believed that Obama wanted Hillary out in favor of Biden. Lynch will do his bidding.

Why wouldn’t Bill Clinton meet with Lynch?

There is an opening at the Foundation for an Executive Vice President of Community Relations, salary $10 million/year, only two meetings required, and she’s his first choice.

What’s wrong with that?

could comey wait until after Hillary is sworn in, and thus trigger a constitutional crisis?

She will be pardoned before she is sworn in.

If you weren’t an old Freeper, I would not believe a word of what you said....I PRAY that your friend is telling the TRUTH.....however since she’s a friend of HILLARY’S, I might doubt that!! I didn’t know Hillary was friends with ANY decent people.

Maybe Lynch met the impeached *Bubba to help him make plans to spend the *Crinton Crime Family Foundation loot for the next 120 years while his so-called wife is behind bars? It could happen...

Don't be silly.

The Big He is the organizer and the director of the tax evasion, money laundering, bribery and racketeering operation called the Clinton Foundation.

If anybody goes to prison, it will be Bill.

As I said on another thread, why would the AG/Obama and the Clintons risk a meeting? A face to face meetings means this information could not be securly delivered in any other manner. Not even a courier. The AG either handed over the FBI files or there is something big about to break.

That meeting was to settle the terms.

They knew exactly what they were doing.

Now Lynch can appoint a special prosecutor to “avoid the appearance of impropriety”. A big win for her because there is no good way for her to deal with the FBI report and she doesn’t want that headache (and impeachment if she follows Obama’s order over the FBI recommendation?).

And the special prosecutor won’t be chosen and doing work until after the election. A big win for Clinton plus she gets to campaign against the old Ken Starr investigation for months and avoid talking about the current prosecutor.

The best face which can be put upon this encounter is that stands as a gross breach of the indispensable need to maintain the appearance as well as the substance of in the impartial administration of justice. The second highest law enforcement officer in the land is conferring in private with a former highest law enforcement officer of the land who is himself perhaps a conspirator in a case potentially involving treason, bribery, breach of obligation to maintain records, and many other felonies which has profound implications for the upcoming election as well as for the rule of law.

The Attorney General must enjoy the confidence of the nation as she stands ready to pass on moving an indictment against Clinton and his wife in which it is not at all improbable that they are named as conspirators to betray and sell Hillary Clinton's office. At worst, it is not a matter of appearance but a matter of actual corruption in which the Atty. Gen. was arranging a pardon for Hillary Clinton or, even worse, negotiating a quid pro quo, a deal in which Hillary and Bill keep silent about misfeasance by Barack Obama including but not necessarily limited to the illegal e-mail server.

We simply cannot know but we are entitled to know.

Where are the renewed cries from the Republicans demanding the appointment of a special prosecutor? The Atty. Gen. by her egregious lapse of judgment has forfeited her claim on the confidence of the nation. If the nation cannot believe that the rule of law is pursued objectively, how can the people the asked to respect the results of this election, assuming a victory by Hillary?

So it is not only a question of maintaining the appearance of propriety and the maintenance of the rule of law, it is a question of respect for the electoral process which the Atty. Gen. by her recklessness has put at risk. She has forfeited her claim to office. She must go, at minimum she must recuse herself in the Clinton investigation.

The people are entitled to know that justice is being done and they are entitled to have confidence that their "president is not a crook."

Cromwell's dismissal of the Rump Parliament comes to mind:

"It is high time for me to put an end to your sitting in this place, which you have dishonored by your contempt of all virtue, and defiled by your practice of every vice; ye are a factious crew, and enemies to all good government; ye are a pack of mercenary wretches, and would like Esau sell your country for a mess of pottage, and like Judas betray your God for a few pieces of money. Is there a single virtue now remaining amongst you? Is there one vice you do not possess?

"Ye have no more religion than my horse; gold is your God; which of you have not barter'd your conscience for bribes? Is there a man amongst you that has the least care for the good of the Commonwealth? Ye sordid prostitutes have you not defil'd this sacred place, and turn'd the Lord's temple into a den of thieves, by your immoral principles and wicked practices? Ye are grown intolerably odious to the whole nation; you were deputed here by the people to get grievances redress'd, are yourselves gone! So! Take away that shining bauble there, and lock up the doors. In the name of God, go!"

Sargent Shriver replaced Eagleton as McGovern’s running mate, not Ed Muskie.

Question for anyone who may know:

Is Hillary Clinton STILL using her private server, or did she start using the Fed Gov’t server?

Nowhere do I read anything about what she is doing NOW.

I doubt it was meant to be discovered. This was like an agent meeting an agent handler at a remote airport. They didn’t “bump into each other.” This was set up in advance. Bill knew she was scheduled to come to PHX to take over the PD dept. He arranged to be there, and a secret meeting was arranged.

But some patriotic ground crew or jet crew saw them, and called a local reporter. It was useless to deny it after the fact, when their schedules and locations coincided. But no way was it meant to be discovered. The “agent meeting” was blown. Now they are in cover story mode. Golf in 108* heat? NOBODY believes that story.

Worse, if Bill taped their conversation and it involved Hillary (bet on it) then Bill now OWNS Lynch, having trapped her in a provable lie. All he has to do is play a few seconds of it to her on the phone, and she is now Bill’s 100% owned puppet, and Bill is her puppet master.

"Our conversation was a great deal about grandchildren, it was primarily social about our travels and he mentioned golf he played in Phoenix," said Lynch

Primarily. Not one talking head has seized on that. So, what else did they talk about?

The Obamas and the Clintons are political bedfellows, not friends.

With all the mutual-assured-destruction triggers in place, if one of these characters slips up, we could see a 2 a.m. Waffle House brawl at the highest levels of the Democrat Party.

When Lynch was sent out a few weeks ago to lie for the administration it 'had the feel' of a test... She must have 'passed'... Clinton and Lynch talked on a plane neither of them has come on...

Reminds me of the security of Jeffrey Epstein's orgy island plane trips with Clinton... What's said and done on those planes stays on the plane.

If Lynch has the smallest amount of integrity left she needs to step down as AG.

What may be even more galling is that these MFers thought they could get away with this. "Nothing to see here, move along you little peons ..."

You're right eleven - one more slap in the face from our corrupt 'elites'... creepy little lowlife slime bags.

Absolutely right! To even think her explanation would be believed by anyone under all the circumstances now is pathetic, of course she has no integrity in my view.
