Hillary Clinton may have a safe lead over Donald Trump across all seven battleground states, but that's certainly not the case with all of her potential Republican competitors. Ballotpedia's battleground poll out Wednesday reveals that Clinton polls a bit behind Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) across all seven states, averaging 40 percent to Kasich's 44 percent. Clinton polls even against House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), with both averaging 42 percent.
However, if the Republican Party does hand Trump the nomination, Ballotpedia indicates that Clinton can likely expect success across the battleground states of Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. On average, Clinton leads Trump 48 percent to 37 percent.

This is ridiculous. Kasich couldn’t get single digits in primaries, but he would beat Hillary? Guess they are just polling democrats again.
Kasich and Ryan up against Hillary? Dig into who commissioned this poll and I’d bet you find Romney or some other despicable little toad from the #NeverTrump crew.
This is likely some pre-convention agitprop.
Kasich could only win one state in the primaries. He wouldn’t carry OH in the general.
No he wouldn’t. By now Kasich would’ve been eviscerated by Black Lies Matter thugs because a black kid got shot by a cop in a park.
All sorts of bad press would’ve been thrown upon him, and Hong Kong Phooey would have had no response.
An abstraction called “John Kasich” might have a slight lead over Hillary. John Kasich, the smug, obnoxious, repellent lapsed Catholic, who would reach across the aisle to solve America’s problems, and bring us together to fight climate change, and keep our borders open because diversity is our strength, and whose dad was a mailman, not so much.
the effete elites are desperate to prevent another “Ronald Reagan”. The effetes hated Reagan and thought they could control him.
If a Soros Socialist like Pig Vomit Kay Sick couldn’t win with their ringer campaigns in 2008 (McQueeg) and 2012 (Willard the Rat), it ain’t gonna magically happen in 2016.
Ronald Reagan would have a lead on her too, but he’s not the GOP candidate this year either so who cares?
A payoff of sorts to Kasich for going easy on the monster.
Kasich is NOT the Republican nominee -— and for good reason. He didn’t get enough votes to be much more than last place. The voters don’t want him, and said so in primary after primary -— how in the world does anyone believe that he could win against any Democrat???
“its obvious the media is using the fake polls to take down Trump for the convention and replace him..so obvious”
You’re exactly right and that “take down Trump” movement is led by the worthless Cuban Canadian fraud Ted Cruz. His people are like rabid dogs who refuse to accept the fact that their hero lost fair and square by almost 1000 delegates. Ted Cruz has not spoken one word to Trump since having his ass handed to him in Indiana.
Who?
Good one!
