Reaction to threatening comments from President Obama’s U.S. attorney in Idaho following the release of two Muslim boys accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl have been swift and severe.

Wendy J. Olson, the U.S. attorney for Idaho, indicated in a statement Friday that Idahoans who spread “false or inflammatory information” about the alleged Muslim perpetrators may be subject to prosecution. The boys accused are ages 14, 10 and 7, and their families have been evicted from the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, where the assault allegedly took place.
The two older boys are immigrants from Sudan and the youngest is from Iraq. They are believed to be refugees but the government has yet to say exactly how they entered the country, only that they have come “within the last two years.”

Wendy thinks that, once the charges are filed and the case is in the courts, all public statements are squelched. An area-wide ^gag-order^ that applies to every citizen, not just officers of the Court. For “Joe-on-the-street”, he has had his 1A rights violated. (Rights given by God, not the Constitution).
What isn’t realized here is that the PRESS is also abridged by this statement. According to Wendy, if the press passes along an opinion regarding the case, they also are subject to her pronouncement.
Citizens of ID who are charged under this edict must also drag the media into the fray.

Trump will need to appoint a rock-solid AG who will then appoint rock-solid reviewers of the USAttys to be retained and new USAttys to be appointed.
I agree that all USAttys should resign at the time of POTUS exchange. I hope he has a plan already in place.
I would recommend Ken Starr or Robert Bork for AG.
