Former U.S. State Department IT specialist Bryan Pagliano on Wednesday invoked his Fifth Amendment rights more than 125 times during private deposition with conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, Fox News reported.
Pagliano spoke mostly from an index card, reading the same crafted statement each time, a source told Fox News. His deposition was originally scheduled for two weeks ago, but postponed when his lawyers notified the court that Pagliano would be pleading the Fifth.

Cant figure this out. He got immunity but still pleads the 5th. That stinks!!
He’s afraid of being “Vince Fostered.”
I would, too.
Why does someone invoke the 5th? Why hasn’t Hillary accused this guy of any impropriety or illegal act?
“Cant figure this out. He got immunity but still pleads the 5th. That stinks!!”
Pagliano is involve in TWO legal battles, one CRIMINAL (with the FBI for which he has been given “qualified” immunity), and one CIVIL ( with Judicial Watch’s lawsuit for which he has no immunity) as I understand it. My guess is that “qualfied immunity” might not cover the stuff JW is going after.
And this should be in Trump’s next speech.
thanks for clearing that up.....although I would much rather see all of them tried for treason.
“I would much rather see all of them tried for treason.”
Me too! Hold that thought!
These amounts reflect the mandatory financial disclosures released this month. In two years (from April 2013 to March 2015) Hillary Clinton amassed $21,667,000 in speaking fees and another $5,000,000 as an advance for her 2014 book, Hard Choices.
The bullet list below is a doozy and speaks volumes as to how Trump will deal with Hillarys obligation to pay back the big business fees she collected if elected US President.
No wonder he is branding the former first lady and Secretary of State as crooked Hillary.
And an aside
if you think Hillarys $21,667,000 was a lot of income for the Clinton clan, you can also tack on an additional $26,630,000 for her ex-president hubby Bill Clinton, and his speaking fees collected during the same time period.

...Cant figure this out. He got immunity but still pleads the 5th...
Here’s the answer. He got limited immunity in the criminal investigation on Hillary.
This is a CIVIL case involving Judicial Watch and Hillary’s emails. No immunity in this separate case.
When going after the Bush administration Judicial Watch was just a “think-tank” or ‘watchdog” group. Since a Democrat is in power, they are again referred to as a “conservative” group as they were in the 90’s.
Nice list!
Proving you CAN fool some of the people, some of the time. ;)
In the agreement giving him immunity from prosecution, did the prosecutors include a clause asllowing them to waterboard him if he takes the immunity and still pleads the fifth.
I thought you couldn’t claim the 5th in a civil case.
I would plead the 5th if I were to be questioned by authorities.
Once again, from the top...
http://truthinjustice.org/don%27t-talk.htm
The authorities are not interested in your innocence.
Or maybe, he's in line for some epic hush money, in an offshore account.
You are correct; only the U. S. Attorney can grant use immunity, and that immunity only applies to testimony in a criminal case where the U. S. Attorney is a party.
The grant of immunity has no effect on an ancillary civil lawsuit, and Pagliano has every right to take the 5th. In fact, since it’s likely that everything he did for Clinton in setting up the home brew server was illegal, he should take the 5th.
<><>State Dept personnel under Hillary may be facing charges of misleading a US court WRT the court's request for documents...and for tampering w/ evidence.
<><> And what of Bill's culpability? The first server Hillary used was the one in their Chappaqua house for Slick/s use when he left the White House......against the advice of Slick/s people.
<><> At some point Hillary went from Chappaqua to a server managed by an outside company. Pagliano probably had some involvement in the migration (if not sole responsibility).
<><> Hillary obviously had to keep her multiple pay-to-play Foundation business off government computers. Fortunately whether it was Pagliano or someone else, the file deletion/wipe was less than professional.
<><> Paglianos dual role as: 1) a tax-paid US government employee, and, 2) Hillary's personal employee, opens a whole new arena for investigation.
<><> What was Paglianos day-to-day State Dept job? What did he actually do, not just his job description, but actual work accomplishments? Is there a paper trail showing he did any actual work at all, or was the State job just a make-work position to get him on the tax-paid payroll in return for his services to Clintons?
<><> Pagliano listed himself on LinkedIn as a political-appointee saying he Serves as strategic advisor and special projects manager to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO) overseeing the operations of the Information Resource Management (IRM) bureau.
<><> Pagliano being employed, by his own admission, at such a high level inside States IT structure assures that States most senior info officers knew about Clintons email setup, and apparently did not, or were not, able to stop it. Unless Brian never told his supervisor about his "other" job.
...and all of that loot pales in comparison to the booty they collected at their bogus “foundation”!!
