The very, very last thing our Senate should do is allow even the hint of a vote for Obama’s Supreme Court Choice. No vote. Ever, never, EVER! He doesn’t exist now in my book.

A pity that Scalia passed away or the decision would have been 5-4 and set a precedent preventing any future president from every trying to abuse executive orders this way, but I suppose a victory is a victory, and at this point I’ll take any win we can get.

Not surprising, it reiterates why, though I dislike many things about Trump, he will get my vote this fall.
Clinton will find a creative jurist to continue Obama’s tortured re-interpretation of the Constitution. Trump gives us a fighting chance of a Constitutionalist jurist.
