Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) says the National Rifle Association (NRA) is “bad, really bad” and the group Gun Owners of America is “even worse than bad.”

Speaking on the Senate floor earlier this week, Reid claimed Americans want stricter gun control.

“More than 80% of Americans want to close so-called terror loopholes, preventing people on terror watch lists from purchasing firearms,” Reid said. …

Why is the subject gun control? Harry's anger may be misdirected.

Does Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) want to avoid the questions of how to keep terrorists out of this country, how to identify would-be terrorists and do something other than watch them carry out their murders? And then find out that they could have been caught except for insane Democrat policies?

Does Harry Reid think that if the terrorist could not get ahold of a Sig Sauer MCX he would have then decided to teach Sunday School?

Has Harry gotten rid of the guns in his home and those who carry them for his protection? Or is he above all that?

Nobody ever thought of a "terrorist loophole" before the Barack Hussein Soetoro Soebarkah Obama regime changed yet ANOTHER muslim terror attack (on US soil)to a leftist gun control meme..

Yes! Let's take our guns away so that we can be as defenseless as France when attacked! Let's have the whole nation be gun-free zones like the Pulse club. Sure, that's what we all want. Leave the guns in the hands of the government, criminals, and, worse, terrorists. /s

No! We want strict gun control. That is, clear right to keep and bear arms. An armed citizenry is our only choice. No state, county, or local government should have be allowed to infringe upon our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. Period.

If the election comes down to (1) give up your weapons with a Democrat or (2) keep your weapons with a Republican, who wins? Are there enough gun owners to win that choice?

Isn’t Harry Reid a member of the NRA. They need to kick him out.

It’s definitely time to contribute to GOA and maybe NRA too. Thanks Senator Reid for reminding us just how critical is the state of our remaining liberty in this country today

Sounds like Harry Reid has some plans for people out in the heart of America who do not trust his tyrannical governance, who have lived in the country where they needed guns to protect themselves and their families from dangers all the way from rabid animals to rabid human beings who might break into their houses and threaten their children. Reid wants those people to be helpless in the face of his tyranny. My wonderment is this. How in the world does an American like Harry Reid develop into a man of such narrow insight about this precious nation, different than all others in the annals of history because of freedom, and Reid wants to change it into the same situation which brought great nations of the past to their knees and, eventually, to annihilation. I do not know where this is going, folks. We have total propaganda coming from the secular, progressive media with a population too ignorant now to know and see the patterns of past history shaping up for America through the few with the big media microphones. Make no mistake. They are the problem. The corrupt, narcissistic politicians who lust for money and power could never do what they are doing without the East Coast media, most of them too young to have any real sense yet. My faith teaches that a nation ruled by youth is brought to mourning. That, I believe, is on our doorstep and the next 6 months will tell us whether to put on our sackcloth and ashes and accept the awful fate before us with all the dignity we can muster. The youth bringing this on will pay the most painful price and it will take 200 years if ever, to restore even a small bit of individual freedom, free of the political correctness which allows good to be called evil and evil to be called good. I pray every day that God will surround the good among us with His peace and His comfort. I pray he will help us to love and pity our enemies though they seek to destroy us, our way of life and our children’s lives and I am not speaking of foreign enemies, but those ensconced in our government.

Reid is trying to gin up a little 2 minute hate against the NRA.

It does not work so well when you no longer control all the media.

He is going to get the right people riled up. The NRA is held in much higher regard than the Congress is.

To be fair...

The title of your post is a bit misleading...

Dingy didn’t say “Gun Owners of America ‘worst than bad’”

He said, “the group, Gun Owners of America”, as the article, itself, states...

Again, not defending him... just trying to be fair...

lend us some of his armed security guards.
