I bet the issue of this guy’s immunity deal getting released gets argued up and down the court system for the next ten years.

That agreement should be a matter of public record.

Hillary Clinton is destroying the Democrat Party.

In five years, you won’t be able to find anyone who will admit to being a Democrat.

“The privacy interests at stake are high because the government’s criminal investigation through which Mr. Pagliano received limited immunity is ongoing and confidential,” Sullivan wrote in the new order. “

It doeexactly by givivg immunity to lesser criminals, to catch the big one.s make sense to me. This whole immunity issue is a distraction — they are tryng to get to the bottom of this and frequently they can only do this by giving immunity to the lesser criminal to get the big one.

One thing that gets lost - maybe it's just me - is that Pagliano got immunity in the root criminal case that the FBI is elbow-deep into. The FBI was able to get enough dirt on Pagliano that they gave him immunity (and some take that to mean a Grand Jury has already met because of this situation).

Am I viewing this right in that Pagliano and his attorneys felt that since he had immunity in the FBI/criminal case, he AUTOMATICALLY gets immunity in the Judicial Watch FOIA case?

Am I missing something? Can he get broad-stroke-permanent immunity whereby he will become a deaf mute in ALL cases involving Hillary's wayward server?

If anyone can explain it, please use small words....

Aren’t all FBI ‘investigations’ criminal in nature?
If it wasn’t a criminal investigation, they wouldn’t be investigating in the first place....................

It’s a criminal investigation, alright. The investigators are obstructing justice... covering-up for their political masters.

The FBI brands her a criminal, the Russians are getting ready to air every, single one of her unsanctioned emails, and yet the smart money says she’ll skate.

This whole phenomenon illustrates classic democrat party corruption from top to bottom.

When Comey sees that the US District Attorney has been forbidden from prosecuting Hillary, Comey should feel obliged and empowered to share the FRAUD portions of the evidence with any interested STATE DA's. After all, The Clinton Global Initiative committed fraud in nearly all 50 States!

Nothing is stopping State DA's from prosecuting the Clinton Slush-Fund-Players on their own, right?
