Sen. Elizabeth Warren is preparing to launch her latest attack on Donald Trump over his comments about the judge overseeing the fraud case against Trump University, calling the presumptive GOP presidential nominee a "loud, nasty, thin-skinned fraud," according to advance excerpts obtained by ABC News of a speech she will deliver at the American Constitution Society’s National Convention in Washington, D.C., Thursday night.
"Donald Trump is a loud, nasty, thin-skinned fraud who has never risked anything for anyone and serves nobody but himself," Warren is set to say at the event, where she will share the stage with Vice President Joe Biden.
