Clinton opens up double-digit lead over Trump nationwide - Reuters/Ipsos poll

NEW YORK, June 3 (Reuters) - Democratic presidential contender Hillary Clinton has opened up a double-digit lead over Republican rival Donald Trump, regaining ground after the New York billionaire briefly tied her last month, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll released on Friday.

The shift in support comes as Clinton steps up her attacks on the real estate mogul's policy positions, and as Trump fends off criticisms of his eponymous university and the pace at which he doled out money that he raised for U.S. veterans.

Some 46 percent of likely voters said they supported Clinton, while 35 percent said they supported Trump, and another 19 percent said they would not support either, according to the survey of 1,421 people conducted between May 30 and June 3.

Only way numbers make sense is if Hillary is now up by double digits in NY, NJ, PA, IL and MI.

If she’s recovered her historic Blue State standing, odds favor her in November.

My guess is that this poll was weighted with Dems (cooked) to give Madame some momentum for the California primary.

It's very cooked.

Thank you. This is not of likely voters.

Independents account for 43% but not in this poll.
"including 759 Democrats, 525 Republicans, and 174 Independents "

They're trying real hard to show Hillary is winning.

All BS. The pollsters had Walker, governor of Wisconsin, losing the 2012 recall election by nine points. Walker won by 7 points. The neo-Nazi propaganda press never acknowledged its incredible off-target prediction.

Nobody supports her. Only some blacks. She ‘ll lose by double digits.

The Media will create a poll result for every potential outcome.

On the other hand, this country did vote for Obozo - twice.

Forty-six percent of the sample are Dims. Pretty well destroys the polls credibility

If this is true, I am truly sad for my country..we are seeing the destruction of the United States of America..if people can actually elect this murdering witch to be President instead of someone like Donald Trump who LOVES this country..I guess like the saying goes, we get the country we deserve..other Communist countries elected the kind of country they deserved, I guess now is our turn. People can look at the kind of gang garbage that happened last night and have NO problem with THAT representing our country, a permanent Democratic voter block, Republicans will never win again..its just too depressing to even imagine but I guess I might as well prepare myself for it

“If she’s recovered her historic Blue State standing, odds favor her in November.”

And if Trump wins the states that Reagan won, odds favor Trump.

I can’t make sense of this ‘mobile’ format.

In the last week (as best as I can surmise) it shows a huge downturn in Hillary’s support and an uptick in Trump support!
Well, this early polls don’t mean much anyway.

Even with a biased sampling tilted heavily D+, Hillary still can’t get over 50%.

That’s the bottom line.

Voter fraud was a huge factor in 2012.

That’s why I bet Hillary will win.

And along with demographics, its an uphill task for a Republican to win these days.
