Fox News host Megyn Kelly was wrong when she claimed that the Trump hating judge was a member of a nonpartisan lawyer’s association.
In fact the group — San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association — has repeatedly backed extreme anti-enforcement, pro-illegal immigrant speakers and causes, according to its website,

Caught in yet another attempt to smear Donald Trump, Kelly claimed that Trump hating Judge Gonzalo Curiel wasn’t a member of La Raza.
“First of all, people are saying that this judge is a member of La Raza, the group that’s been protesting Donald Trump. He isn’t,” Kelly said. “He’s a member of a Hispanic lawyers’ association that has no partisan stripes whatsoever. They support Hispanic lawyers and judges. That’s it. So let’s be clear on that.”
But Kelly is wrong. It isn’t a nonpartisan association; it’s a pro-illegal immigration outfit that funds scholarships for illegal aliens! And yes, it also endorses candidates.
How do I know that? Well, it has a list of all the candidates they’ve endorsed ON THEIR WEBSITE. Does Kelly not have google?
In 2014 the La Raza group published a message from the Anti-Defamation League worrying about the anti-immigrant sentiment affecting the “migrant” children.
The organization invited activists who opposed efforts to defund welfare payments to illegal immigrants, backed in-state tuition for illegal immigrant children, and called for ending California’s English-only program for public school children.
They also worked strenuously to oppose the Minute Men, who were a citizen activist organization dedicated to stopping illegal immigrants from entering the country.
In the summer of 2005, the Minutemen announced they would patrol the East County border between Mexico and the U.S. to look for undocumented persons crossing the Mexican border into the U.S. SDLRLA, together with ACLU and CRLA formed the Legal Observer Program. Our purpose was to monitor the Minutemen to ensure the human rights of undocumented persons were not violated. The Minutemen were watching for undocumented persons, and we were watching the Minutemen.

And yes, The San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association also invited Judge Curiel multiple times to speak.

In fact Curiel is a member of La Raza. Here he is on the scholarship selection committee that awarded illegal immigrants scholarships.

The controversial judge is presiding over the Trump University legal matter.
The judge has repeatedly called himself Mexican publicly and privately and in his own Senate confirmation hearing.
Kelly also freaked out at those of us doing the job she won’t do.
“[Curiel] has no conflict of interest, Bill,” she said. “Now Donald Trump is saying the judge needs to be investigated, someone should look into him just because he’s ruled against Donald Trump in his litigation repeatedly. That doesn’t make you biased. It just doesn’t.”
Our spies in Fox News tell us that Kelly really has it in for Donald Trump and that she has been privately and publicly scheming to “take him down.”
She didn’t get that when we exposed the Michelle Fields hoax but she’s still trying again. She preferred calling this website “discredited.”
The reports I get out of Fox News suggest someone who is interested and desperate to leave Fox News and maybe jump ship to Good Morning America.

Well, you can’t blame Me again for not checking on Google about this LA RAZA judge...after all, she was probably bleeding out of her eyes and couldn’t see the screen.
LA f’ing RAZA. “The Race.” What in the HELL does the very name of the organization suggest about them? Imagine the outcry if a bunch of whites got together and called their group, “The Race?” We’d all be long dead and gone before the Leftists stopped beating that horse. But when a pro-Leftist group does it, somehow it is just fine.
I am SO sick of this crap, SO disgusted that I can hardly speak a sentence about politics without cursing just about every other word.

This isn’t the first time Megyn has really messed up. At the beginning of the Martin/Zimmerman case she was called on to another Fox News show and asked her opinion, as a lawyer, of what Zimmerman might be guilty of. Without either: 1) even mentioning that a local Fox affiliate had already reported what the most important exculpatory witness had already said or 2) covering the forensic evidence that corroborated Zimmerman’s story, she ignorantly opined that he was probably guilty of second degree murder. She never apologized for that dead wrong, premature opinion during the whole course of the case. Really bad, biased, sloppy lawyering.

I was screaming “liar!” Thursday night when I watched her spewing that BS about the judge, and that SoS Bill Bennett was sitting there agreeing that Trump was wrong.
Multiple media sources had previously disclosed that the judge was tied to La Raza and was on its selection committee to choose illegal Hispanics who would be given scholarships to college.
I sent it to her on Twitter.
What a pathetic excuse for a journalist.

Greta, O’Reilly, Kelly and Hannity are not journalists; their programs are not reporting on hard news but are offering analysis and commentary about the news.

She’s never worked as a journalist.
I think she was an intern or clerk at SCOTUS, then was a lawyer for about 10-12 years before getting into TV.
That might explain why facts don’t matter to her and why she has indicated many times that a SCOTUS ruling automatically becomes a “law of the land”. What a brainwashed liberal dumbass! The Judicial branch can’t make or change laws!
Does she even research anymore?

Her producer is apparently a flake and her booker brings on some of the most horrible guests from the liberal side (Bill Burton, Zimmerman, etc.)
