Former State Department aide for Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills, blocked specific questions about Clinton’s private email server, citing attorney-client privilege, saying that she is now Clinton’s attorney, according to the Daily Mail.
Mills’ attorney repeatedly shut down questioning from Judicial Watch attorney Ramona Cotca, the group that has filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against Clinton, claiming that the former chief of staff did not have to divulge information that she learned after the fact as Clinton’s attorney.
In other questioning, though, Mills said she could not recall any instances where the former secretary of state or her top aides spoke with IT aide Bryan Pagliano, who set up Clinton’s private email server, according to the Hill.
“In my presence, I don’t recall occasions where he interacted with the secretary,” Mills said. “In my presence, I don’t recall him engaging with folks in the secretary’s office.”

The repetitive use of the awkward and odd construct, "In my presence, I don't recall.." is a glaring tell typical of all the Clinton associates. She might as well just come out and say, "My answer is going to be a steaming pile of manure. You know it, I know it, but the tortured construct of my wording gives me cover to claim it means anything I want it to mean after I find out what I need it to mean."
And yet many women are going to vote for her proof that some critters just aren’t wired right.

She was the Counselor of the United States Department of State until Feb 3, 2013. Her appointment as her lawyer now does not preclude her from testifying about things that occurred during that time.
This was a matter of contrivance solely meant to evade truthful answers to a legal process. IMO, it is criminal.

assuming she even has the credentials .. when did Mills become Hillary’s attorney and where are the records confirming this relationship?
Then .. are communications that occurred BEFORE Mills was Hillary’s attorney fall under Attorney / Client privilege?
Attorney-client privilege does not cover the time period PRIOR to her becoming Clinton's "attorney".
Also, what will now be her official job description? Can she be a federal employee while also acting as Clinton's private attorney? If she is a government employee, with her salary paid by tax dollars, then there cannot be attorney-client privilege with Hillary, because her client is the government, not Hillary.
Before it gets decided the election will be over. Who will prosecute...Obama’s justice department? All she has to do is kill 5 months.
