On Saturday a four-year old boy fell into a gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo.
Sadly the gorilla, named Harambe, was shot and killed by zoo officials to save the life of the child, sparking outrage on social media.
The most ludicrous of the objections came from those who actually believed the gorilla was killed because of racism.
Conservative author and commentator Mark Dice uncovered some of the most outrageous tweets, including a slew that referred to the child as a white boy and one that called the killing an act of white privilege.
As Dice pointed out in his video the race of the child was still unknown.

[[Male gorillas arent very gentle with their own young that said I think they were a bit quick on the trigger.]]
The gorilla was treating the child exactly how a gorilla treats a baby gorilla . Doesn’t matter the keeper called it back and it refused to come so the zoo had to do what it had to do.
Can’t fault the zoo for protecting a human life over a gorilla.
What I don’t understand is why it was so easy for a child to fall into the gorilla’s habitat. Cincy zoo is a major zoo, not some fly-by-night outfit - you’d think they would have better security.
How do you know that?
Even the best parents sometimes make a mistake. My Mother just may have been the most perfect person I have ever known. I mean that BTW.
During WWII while Daddy was in Europe, Mother took her four children and moved back in with her parents. Her Sister did the same thing with her kids while her husband was overseas.
Now Grandpa Mac had over a thousand acres and a dozen sharecroppers but they were not all full. Aunt Susie stayed with her kids in one of the outbuildings. Mother stayed in the home.
One day Mother put all four of her children down for a nap. Their Grandma was there too to look after them. After they went to sleep, Mother walked the 100 yards to visit with her Sister.
Evelyn my sister would have been around 3 at the time. She woke up and decided to go look for Mother. She knew where she was so she walked over to Aunt Susie’s. On the way she stepped on a large rattlesnake, one so large that had he struck her, she probably would have died. It must have been cool and the snake still not active and he let her go. When Mother and Aunt Susie say the snake they almost had a fit. Of course they killed it.
Eben if he wasn’t a white boy, how was it racist? How is gorilla a race?
Amd there it is, the truth in all its glory. Where is the culture in regards to race? Four words: white lives don’t matter. It’s all about statists gaining control of America by devaluing the lives of the majority.
haha I know the looks they used to give them to me.
I always used those leashes when going to the amusement parks and fishing etc .
They worked great for when they would jerk out of my hand and make a run for it lol and my kids never fell overboard or into a pit or got lost at the mall . It’s also way better for their poor little shoulders .
Please re-read Genesis and the story of creation to see whether humans or animals are more important.
Paraphrasing...and God gave man dominion over all these animals.
Makes it hard for pervs to snatch them, too.
Good on you for caring more for your kids than strangers’ snipey looks.
:)
Ha! Took me a second to get that one!
Well, coming from a country that considers abortion similar to taking out the trash (literally and figuratively), this is not surprising.
The mother definitely sounded black to me.
In fact, until I found out that the kid was black, I thought it was some good samaritan black lady trying to soothe the child.
She kept saying "Mama's here"
I initially thought the little boy was white, and she was just some kindly woman. (Which she may very well be.)
GLM! “Gorilla Lives Matter!”
CNN facebook page had some comments like this......truth is a rare thing to some it seems.
Tweets??!!??
I thought someone important made the comments.
