I was born and raised in the DC area. I remember when the first mosque in the USA was opened right next to the Saudi embassy and even then I thought that we were making a huge mistake.

While watching the last episode of The Night Manager on our DVR last night, I told my husband that I could never live in a city where the call to prayer was heard 5 times a day. Please tell me this mosque doesn’t have that toneless thing played in Washington, DC.
I have Predicted that Obama will declare him self to be Muslim within a year of leaving the White house.
Close enough to hear the calls to prayer, to be sure....
