McAuliffe says he's confident probe will find no wrongdoing
Richmond Times-Dispatch ^ | 5/24/16 | GRAHAM MOOMAW

BOYCE — Gov. Terry McAuliffe said Tuesday that he's confident a federal investigation into donations made to his 2013 campaign will find no wrongdoing.

"There [are] no wrongdoing allegations that have been made," McAuliffe said to reporters Tuesday after a bill-signing ceremony in Clarke County. "If you read the story yesterday, they have some questions about a donor. My legal team fully vetted this individual. He's been a green card holder since 2007. So we're very confident."

CNN first reported Monday that McAuliffe is the focus of an ongoing investigation by the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice. The precise nature of the probe is unclear. Investigators are said to be looking at donations to McAuliffe's 2013 gubernatorial campaign, particularly $120,000 McAuliffe received from Chinese businessman Wang Wenliang through a U.S.-based affiliate company.

McAuliffe said his reaction was "shock" after learning of the probe Monday. "Listen, you get leaks and things happen in the business," McAuliffe said. McAuliffe also sought to distance the investigation from The Clinton Foundation, a charitable organization founded by close McAuliffe allies Bill and Hillary Clinton. McAuliffe said the investigation has "nothing to do with" the foundation.

McAuliffe previously served as a board member of the Clinton Global Initiative, a program of the Clinton Foundation. Several donors to McAuliffe's campaign, including Wang, have also donated to the Clintons' charitable groups.

"I think we travel in the same circles," McAuliffe said. "I've traveled the world with President Clinton and we have a lot of the same friends."

McAuliffe said he's "not sure" if he's met Wang in person.

” Gov. Terry McAuliffe said Tuesday that he’s confident a federal investigation into donations made to his 2013 campaign will find no wrongdoing”

The fact that Odunga and Jarrett alowed this to move foreward in the first place makes McAuliffes statement null and void.

Oh, yeah. The “immaculate emails” that just appeared by magic on Shrillary’s home brew server. Everyone in the Clinton’s realm is totally clueless. All this s!@# just happens on its own.

Will there ever be a day when the Clinton house of cards comes tumbling down?

McAuliffe said the investigation has "nothing to do with" the Clinton Foundation.

Wall Street financial analyst, Charles Ortel, asserts he's discovered new evidence that the Clinton Foundation mismanaged, “perhaps intentionally,” financial and regulatory reporting required by US federal and state governments for charities under tax-exempt status.

FYI---At the Foundation's lavish Morocco meeting hosted by a king, held early April, Bill Clinton was asked by a billionaire donor what Clinton was doing w/ the Foundations' donations.

The Foundation donor referred to the blizzard of adverse publicity that monies sent to the Foundation were not used as intended.

"What is this money for? What have you done with it?," he asked Clinton. The billionaire donor also told Clinton his daughter (a Foundation Board member) felt useless.....b/c apparently Board Members were not advised of some of Clinton's "charitable" activities.

"I just work here," Clinton responded. "I don't know."

So if Foundation founder Bill Clinton and keeper of the foundation books, did not know---and the Board did not know---who knew?

CONCLUSION If Foundation Board members were not advised of, and did not sign off on, expenditures of tax-exenpt Foundation donations, the Clintons have a legal problem that could involve violation of tax laws. Board members of Foundations are fiduciaries and are required to oversee the distribution of tax-exempt donations.

===============================================

NOTE TO ORTEL Several state and federal agencies the Clintons listed as donors told news outlets they did not contribute to the Clinton Foundation.

<><> EPA said there's no record of donations to the Clinton Foundation.

<><> The “Office of Minority Health and Human Services,” is listed but it's not clear what this donation referred to, or even which federal or state office it came from.

<><> The Arkansas Dept of Human Services received a donor "gift receipt" but said they never expended tax dollars to the Foundation.

Wall Street investor and financial analyst Charles Ortel, says The Clinton Foundation's financial statements over the past six years have been fraudulent. They've been compelled to refile years of falsified tax returns.

Ortel surely knows that the reason ANY offical documents are falsified is to cover-up even bigger crimes.

The Clinton Foundation is “organized crime” at its finest, and we are financing it. It may prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history. This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money and repackage it for your own purposes. All tax free. Read on.

Fox/s Krauthammer said some of the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private email server very likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be illegal and a conflict of interest.

Here's a concise summary the Clinton Foundation's tax free international money laundering scheme:

1. First, create a separate foreign “charity.”.......this one's in Canada.

2. Foreign oligarchs and governments then donate to this Canadian charity......over 1,000 ontributed mega millions out of the goodness of their hearts expecting nothing in return. (Imagine Putin’s buddies deciding to send untold millions to a Canadian charity).

3. The Canadian charity then bundles the separate mega-donations and makes one massive donation to the Clinton Foundation.

4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors. (Canadian officials dispute the claim)

5. The Clinton Foundation then “spends” some of this money for legitimate good works programs (observers believe not more than a measly 10%). The rest goes to enrich the Clinton’s, for salaries paid to untold numbers of political factotums, hangers on, and to fund the Clintons' lavish lifestyle, travel, etc...... all tax free, which means you and I are subsidizing it.

6. The billion dollar Clinton Foundation can hire the world’s best accountants but somehow fails to report much of this funding on their tax filings. They allude to them as“clerical errors” and announce they are they are-filing 5 years of tax returns.

7. Include as a principal mining investor Frank Giustra, Clinton/s globe-trotting crony, who is central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia.

Net result — foreign money goes into the Clinton’s pockets tax free and is untraceable to the original donor.

This is the textbook definition of money laundering. Now you know why Hillary’s destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to take.

The Clintons could be back in the White House in January, 2017 unless people are informed. So inform and educate them.

Remember Chinagate?

That was evidence from the FBI of illegal campaign contributions from the People’s Republic of China to the Democratic National Committee prior to President Bill Clinton’s 1996 re-election campaign. China denied the allegations.

In some ways, this was a precursor to the ethical quandaries relating to the Clinton Foundation and its foreign donations, which in some cases, had “matters before Mrs. Clinton’s State Department” when she was serving as our top diplomat.

It’s only a matter of time before we get deeper into the Clinton Foundations's China syndrome.

Bill Clinton’s chief fundraiser for years was Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe who got payback when the Clintons assiduously campaigned for him.

He’s now under investigation by the FBI and the Department of Justice for fundraising improprieties, including his time at the Clinton Global Initiative.

McAuliffe personally guaranteed the Clintons’ loan for their Chappaqua home.....when they were “dead broke” after exiting the WH.

The McAuliffe investigation could go in all sorts of directions. Tom Steyer, a billionaire activist was reportedly was heavily involved with the governor in Oregon who was forced to resign. Steyer also was a significant contributor to the Clinton Foundation, and largely bankrolled McAuliffe’s gubernatorial campaign.

I would not assume this is all about foreign influence.

Good point......but the insertion of “foreign influence” in the McAuliffe investigation does take a good crack at the Clinton Foundation.

Re: your post on donation receipts of Clinton Foundation and various governmental agencies.

The denials from the government agencies may need more scrutiny. Under certain circumstances, a government agency can enter into a fee for services arrangement with a non-profit. Such arrangements would not be considered charitable support by the non- profit.

So it is possible that the EPA did give money to the Foundation, but that it didn’t make a charitable contribution.

Why would the Clinton Foundation prefer to call them donations? There are lots of possible answers to that one.

In that case, there's be a solid paper trail for the arrangement at the agency.

One can only hope so. But keep in mind that most government agencies have procurement polices they must follow for purchases of services.

There are sorts of opportunities for malfeasance in government contracting.

Right now, we have way too little information to understand what the FBI is looking at.

The FBI has observed that Hillary's biggest problem--
aside from the private server----seems to be "selling access."
