This is just the beginning of a YUGE trend toward Trump by this age group. I'd guess the percent that sticks with Hillary through election day will be smaller than the standard hard-core commie percentage of older groups of voters; less than 30%. That's the way-below-average mentally retarded AND evil sub-humans of that population segment.
Only half of this group of young adults are below average, (what?), and most of them are wondering if, when, how they will ever be able to move out of their mom's house. Like any other generation, there is a top Three Percent with their heads screwed on straight, with some leadership skills for the rest to follow.
Eighteen-year-olds were born in 1998. 29-year-olds were born in 1987. Few of them know of, or would remember, the old Clinton scandals, the Branch Davidian massacre, the failed Hillary-care putsch, all the no-knock raids on innocent citizens to steal land and businesses during the Clinton reign of terror, the Dead-Body lists of several hundred people. There's a lot more for them to discover between now and November.
Good point. In the public mind Clinton and Cosby ARE linked. Heroes from their parents generation who turned out to be rapists and sex perverts.
I believe that millennials think that Trump has a better chance of getting them out of Mom and Dad’s basement than does Clinton. They are certainly right. Maybe there is hope for the future. The Depression forged a generation or two of hard working people.
What a new generation on the dole doesn’t realize is that when you work you make enough to live good, but the government never gives you more than about 75% of what you need and makes you jump through hoops to get it.

Yes, the Clintons have all the dirt on the democrat leadership, and probably a good many Republicans, too. So if you are a democrat leader and your name is on a file in Hillary’s office, you have a problem. So to make the personal problem go away, your party is going to have to take a hit. Yes, you “support” Hillary’s campaign. But only by way of lip service. If she’s defeated, politically she disappears. And your problem disappears with her.
So they won’t replace her on the ticket, but they won’t work that hard for her either.

The dems think that Trump is so beatable that they wouldn't have to bring in anyone super-dynamic to beat him. They may have come to the conclusion that any democrat could beat Trump, except for one as laden with baggage as Hildabeast. (I'm only saying what I believe THEY think.) So, someone deemed harmless, like Uncle Joe Biteme might be brought off the bench. And one hears Faux-co-hantas' name bandied about. Of course, if Bernie isn't the heir apparent to the disgraced front-runner, the Bernie-bots will go absolutely berserk (which, for many of them, ain't that far to go.)
Living here in the People's Republic of New Jersey, I well remember a somewhat similar situation in the 2002 Senate race. Robert Torricelli, the democrat candidate, was so mired in scandals related to bribery, graft, corruption, pay-to-play and the like that he was actually trailing his republican candidate by double digits, not a normal situation in this very blue state. Despite the fact that the deadline to switch out a candidate had long since passed, the dems pulled Torricelli and replaced him with the late, avuncular, Frank Lautenberg. (He wasn't actually "late" at the time, although opinions differed.) Link.
The switcheroo was brought to the NJ Supreme Court, a deliberating body that is only slightly to the left of one you might encounter in Cuba, Russia, or among kangaroos in Australia. Of course they agreed that the switch was legal, that the words in the law didn't mean what they said (John Roberts, anyone?) and allowed old Frank to be the candidate. The democrats immediately went from down 12 to up 12 in the polls, and Lautenberg won going away.
what cracks me up is that now that Trump is beating Hitlery in the polls, the bootlickers in the media are now talking about the negatives of “both candidates”...not the bigger story that the supposedly “sure loser” Trump has gained big time.

It’s worth noting that the GOPe, now as then, only pays attention to dead tree and broadcast/cable networks for their optics and news. The internet truly baffles them, even today, and they do not know its power nor do they know how to use it to gauge their base’s opinions and desires (assuming they even care about it).
It is also worth noting that between then and now, an entire generation has passed and the expectations of younger voters are almost completely different now. As I’ve mentioned before, for better or worse most under-30s (if not under-40s) view Trump’s behavior not as ‘lack of civility’ or ‘childish’ but ‘not business as usual,’ ‘aggressive,’ ‘resolute’, etc. Classic so-called ‘classy’ Republican candidate behavior is considered ‘weak,’ ‘wimpy,’ ‘ineffectual’ and is generally not well thought of any more.
The days of genteel civility died with the Bimbo Eruptions of the Clinton Administration. The Democrats have realized this. Too bad many Dem opponents haven’t.

When I attended the Trump rally in Albany, NY I was pleased to see so many younger people. I suspect Trump will pull about 25% of the young supporters for Sanders to his side as well.
These skeletons are the only reason Hillary is the nominee. I would wager good money the super delegates received ‘friendly’ visits from the Clintons or their duly appointed representatives ‘advising’ the delegates of their duty to nominate Hillary.
I hope he did not express it that way; people who have experienced suicide can’t vote legally.
Hugh should relax: doesn't he know that the Dems have the dead vote all sewn up? They weren't going to have voted for Trump anyway...
