True to its name, TBS’s comedy The Detour, detoured from an otherwise hilarious episode and instead derailed completely, in a ridiculous attempt to smear gun owners, the 2nd Amendment, and the U.S. Constitution.
While at a theme park in Salvation, Florida, which celebrates Christmas 364 days a year (they’re closed on Christmas), husband and wife team Nate and Robin (Jason Jones and Natalie Zea) alienate a Christmas reveler by acting in a decidedly non-Holiday kind of spirit.
But before the well-intentioned guy can get away, Robin notices something under his shirt:

Cars endanger drunk drivers
TV shows and movies are created to promote an agenda. The storyline is just the means by which they keep the viewer watching. While he is following the story, the viewer is presented with the desired message.
Of course, neither Ted Turner nor anyone else in Hollywood has a need for armed bodyguards.
So who watches TV anymore?
Now, I’m not a Netflix junkie or techno-geek. I just search the internet for some of the classic old TV shows (black & white a plus) that were so much better produced and agenda-free than the Grade triple-Z liberal grist shoveled at us by the networks.
Amend it.
Repeal it.
If you can.
Cars result in the same number of deaths per year as do guns. I’m assuming malpractice of various kinds also results in a huge number of deaths...perhaps more than guns.
Yet there’s no media outcry?
There are a limited number of reasons for wanting to disarm a nation, and none of them are good reasons. All of them render the people defenseless just as much as taking their auto renders them unable to freely travel.

In this regard the Left has succeeded beyond their wildest, fevered dreams. Indoctrination of an entire generation...or two...to the idea that guns are evil and our Constitution is no longer necessary.

They should also learn to crouch down and lick the hand that feeds them and may their chains set lightly upon them. For We The People and posterity will forget that they were our countrymen.
Between shows like this and that Samantha Bee woman TBS has gone straight down the flusher. Was not nearly this bad when Ted was actually running the place.
Bring back the Beverly Hillbillies and Braves baseball.
Bad parenting endangers kids.
Fascism endangers kids.
Fatherless homes endanger kids.
Socialist policies that encourage fatherless homes endanger kids.
His wife, is Samantha Bee, who has a female Daily Shmoe, once a week on TBS. A blode-ish woman in her 40s (at least she looks that way) who is not as pretty as she thinks. SHE was on the Daily Shmoe, too. They are the poster couple for the network, apparently "very funny" has a different meaning.
I didn’t even know it existed until I read the post I made. Guess it’s no loss to me. Now back to “the view”. LOL! Not.

The U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights represent freedom. Only a drooling, blithering idiot thinks that you have to “update” freedom.
Indoctrination not education. I heard a clip yesterday on the Joe Pags show by the superintendent of schools in portlandia stating that children from pre-K through 12th grade “needed” to be “taught/educated” to be activists to help save the erf from evil climate disaster looming ahead of us. No counter argument or opposing view point would be allowed. I knew portlandia was liberal but hoe-lee cow. Might as well burn some books while you’re at it. Two sides to every story? Not in this case. It’s too important. WOW!
How true! I remember the anti-gun messages beginning in the early 1960s and really got bad by 1969. Worse in the 1970s when almost every cop show had anti gun scripts.
Repealing 2A would change nothing.
Our right is a God given right, not bestowed upon us by the government or the Constitution.
2A simply serves notice to the government that our right is innate & it is not the government’s to bestow or take away.

Admit to watching a couple episodes of this and my takeaway was this dad is ridiculously unbalanced and irresponsible. I did not watch the episode mentioned here but based on what I watched, to see the dad concerned about legal gun owners around kids would seem highly hypocritical from his past behavior.
