That’s the thing about a train wreck. Once it starts you can’t really stop it. You can be scared, livid and outraged but the train has too much momentum to stop.

PIAPS is using the system that the democrats put in place. It was designed to give the party’s anointed the edge.

She is driving the train because the party gave her control of it.

Hmmm....reminds me of something...

In the shuffling madness
Of the locomotive breath,
Runs the all, time loser,
Headlong to his death.

He feels the piston scraping
Steam breaking on his brow
Old Charlie stole the handle and
The train it won’t stop going
No way to slow down.

He sees his children jumping off
At the stations one by one.
His woman and his best friend
In bed and having fun.

He’s crawling down the corridor
On his hands and knees
Old Charlie stole the handle and
The train it won’t stop going
No way to slow down.

He hears the silence howling
Catches angels as they fall.
And the all-time winner
Has got him by the balls.

He picks up Gideons Bible
Open at page one
God He stole the handle and
The train won’t stop going
No way to slow down.

Yep - I saw one in Rochester NY many years ago. Was waiting at a light and watching a crew working around a railroad track about a quarter mile ahead as a train was going by on the tracks above the road (embankment to raise it enough for bridge to go under it).

Saw the engine tip and the next cars slide off with it and then cars were jumping in the air as the front kept slowing compared to the rest of the train. I remember looking nervously at the cars above me as they went smoothly down the tracks toward the chaos ahead - with seeming ignorance of what lay ahead.

That describes Hillary's campaign/chances to a "T"....

Being genetically prone to the glass half-full idea and cautious, I do want to see where we and our guy stand once the Democrats coalesce around their nominee, after their coming chaotic convention (after Sanders wrecks the stage there). :)

The thing I hold to mostly is that the Left, even the pundits, are sick of Hillary Clinton.

While they are all giving the institutional bad-time to TRUMP, they do not appear in large numbers to personally
despise him any more than they already despise Hillary.

Stunned that even Chris Matthews covers everything TRUMP says and in context when they cover him at all. It is unbelievable. Of course, Chris throws insults for attention
but adds, often, that his brother is all-in for TRUMP and has been a Republican stalwart for decades.
