Tucker Carlson said Friday he expected Glenn Beck to "cry [and] rend his garments while quoting James Madison" during a meeting this week between conservatives and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, not "suck up" to him.
"He began the most extended assiduous suck-up I think I've ever seen a grown man commit," Carlson, editor-in-chief of The Daily Caller and a Fox News contributor, said in an interview, reports Politico. "He acted like he was auditioning to be Mark Zuckerberg's manservant it was awe-inspiring."

That’s “spit Zuckerhead OUT”
I like Tucker as well. He did a great job filling in for Hannity last night. Always has a smile and a piercing comment!
Beck’s immediate concerns are more basic. His media company is essentially out of money; he’s gone through a succession of CEOs like Kleenex and needs someone to bail out The Blaze. Beck probably thought he could find someone in Silicon Valley willing to invest in his failing enterprise, but it was a fool’s errand.
On its current trajectory, Beck’s media empire will be gone within a year or so. Of course, Glenn still draws a nice check from Premier Radio for his daily talk show, so he’ll be okay. May have to give up that new private jet, but the folks who will pay the price are his workers. Their odds for long-term employment with Beck are decidedly slim.
"The Hun is always either at your throat or at your feet" -- Winston Churchill.
Beck is stark, raving mad. Somebody needs to get this fool back on his meds.
Beck should have stuck to comedy. I really liked him until he got political, and the religious overtones are just plain weird.
Carmen Moronda.
That moron was on Jeopardy on Monday. “Power Players” week. I just deleted the week’s shows unwatched. The show is liberal enough without putting up with the DC set.
It’s also got a nasty porn meaning that I think some of those who invented it on Twitter did intend to convey with it. For that reason, they were amused when Dana Loesh voiced the term. I try not to watch her if I can.
