...
Missouri prosecutors on Friday filed their formal plan to pursue the death penalty against a Mexican national in the shooting death of a man a day after he allegedly killed four people in Kansas.
Prosecutors in Montgomery County submitted court papers saying they will seek capital punishment for Pablo Serrano-Vitorino if he's convicted of first-degree murder in the March 8 death of Randy Nordman at that man's home in New Florence, about 70 miles west of St. Louis.
Serrano-Vitorino, 40, also is charged with armed criminal action and burglary.
A judge last week ordered Serrano-Vitorino, 40, to stand trial on the Missouri charges and scheduled a June 1 arraignment.
...
Serrano-Vitorino, who federal immigration officials have said is in the US illegally, is accused in Kansas of killing his neighbor Michael Capps, 41, and three others - Jeremy Waters, 36, and brothers Clint, 27, and Austin Harter, 29, at the neighbor's home the night before Nordman was slain.

And the carnage continues.
But the border is “safe” and they work cheaply.
The perp should have been “put away” already
the judge handing down the sentence should include a limit to one appeal within 90 days of the judgement and sentence being handed down
But but but, who is going to pick the lettuce?
The Mexican embassy will protest. If they take him back in some type of legal trade, they should agree to take back all their illegals convicted of crimes.
The federal government is also responsible for these deaths.
They have refused to protect the citizens from illegal aliens. In fact they are assisting the illegal aliens in breaking our laws.
And then deport his behind.

Oh dear, now Mexico will declare war on Americans, ... wait, ...
Kill him.
This criminal invader will probably get off.
This country needs to stop doling out TRILLIONS to countries who hate us and want to kill us- (for instance Iran) seal the border with armed guards AND BUILD THAT WALL!
Even with a debt of approaching 20 trillion, well probably bail out Puerto Rico- and where does this insanity stop? Bail out heavily indebted Ca and Ill?
Obama has set aside $17,000 each for welfare for his migrants- Mexican/ S Americans [with a proven mix of muslims] flooding over the open border as well as his importing thousands upon thousands muslim refugees (colonists, future Jihadists)- all future rat voters AGAINST OUR WILL?
This is more than our seniors on SS make in a year after helping make America the greatest country the world has ever known.
This insanity has got to stop.
Americans are suffering. Its time to put America and Americans first.
Donald WILL run into many problems trying to build a wall, but in the meantime, he WILL put enough guards on the border to secure it- and put a stop to the importation of muzzie refugees.
Will they actually execute him or just let him languish on death row for forty years while appeal after appeal is filed at taxpayer expense?
It’s ICE that should be on trial for the murder of those men. They aren’t doing the job they are taking tax dollars to do. They can’t find an illegal in a Cinco de Mayo parade. Paper pushing doesn’t get anything accomplished. If they’d gotten off their sorry lazy butts and physically detained him, we wouldn’t have five dead Americans. They should have scared the crap out of him the first time so he wouldn’t have returned.
A decade ago, it was estimated that 1 in 8-10 people in the US was an illegal. Who knows what that number is today. I’d gladly give up lettuce to see every last one deported.
Preferably inside a pine box.
