I saw on the crawl thingy on Cnn last night. China, Pakeestan and USA in talks with Taliban for them to come to the table with peace offer.

I read even before teamobama took office in 08 that they wanted to give Afghanistan to Taliban. It was in the Times Of India. I see that will happen. :(

It took all of two US Army SF Teams, one up north with the Northern Alliance and one in the south central region with Karzai to defeat the Taliban and drive them out of Iraq. Then the marines arrived and screwed things up. This was a UW not a conventional war. We had seen the entire Soviet army humiliated there trying to fight conventional.Next Bush and his BS advisors get into nation building. That is not the job of the US military.
