FOX NEWS POLL: Trump tops Clinton in head-to-head matchup, both seen as deeply flawed candidates

Donald Trump tops Hillary Clinton in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup, according to a new Fox News Poll that also finds majorities of voters feel both frontrunners lack strong moral values and will say anything to get elected.

Trump has a 45-42 percent edge over Clinton, if the presidential election were held today. That’s within the poll’s margin of sampling error. Last month, Clinton was up by 48-41 percent (April 2016).

The more people who hear Trump, the more dislike him.

And the more they are inclined to vote for him.

Damndest thing I ever saw.
*************************************************************

Despite the Liberal media rhetoric I am convinced Trump espouses what many themselves believe but are to frightened too say. It’s sort of like working for a boss who is a huge as*hole, disliked by all the employees but who goes unchallenged out of fear. When an employee decides to stand up and finally “tell it like it is” the other employees will not necessarily rally to his side but will silently cheer him for saying what they have so long wanted to say.

The big objection to DT is not as much what he says but how he says it and this is something easily corrected. In fact we are seeing him change his delivery right before out eyes and it has resulted in his improving image.

In addition to his “America First” and “make America Great Again” ideas he has a really magnificent presidential appearance. He strongly projects both power and confidence and these are two things this Nation is literally starving for at this time.

“Say anything to get elected” in Mr Trump’s case should be changed to “will actually tell people the unfiltered truth and vow to fix what’s broken without apology”. That’s the part that’s making heads go boom.

I hope we aren’t peaking to soon.

Trump's a different kind of animal - he's been "peaking" for the last 9 months.....

Plus, he's just getting started on Hillary - while the article claims similar 'flaws" in both, the wording of the polls might speak volumes - she's the truly tainted one and the people know it.

“Trump is no where as deeply flawed as Bill Clinton was as a candidate.”

The only candidate as flawed as William Jefferson Blyth Clinton would be Hillary Rodham Clinton, Jeffery Dahmer is dead and Obama can’t run again.

Anyone who WANTED to know did know that the current resident was a disaster seeking an office in which to happen. He was elected by people who refused to know the truth.

If Washington or Jefferson were running today can you even begin to imagine what monsters they would be called by today’s media?

“Damndest thing I ever saw.”

Imagine that hordes of zombies are marching toward your home. Now ask yourself who among those you know would you want defending you. Now ask yourself who among those you selected would be your first choice to invite to dinner at your home in times when things are peaceful with no major threats approaching. Now, compare the two lists, do they match?

Many seem to feel as I do. I have misgivings about Donald Trump, I consider him a wild card but I believe it is at least possible that he may do the right thing. There is zero possibility that anyone the democrats select will do anything positive. Voting for Trump may be like getting old, the only thing worse may be the alternative but one thing is for sure, the alternative WILL be worse.

Does anyone remeber the good old days when Cruz was in the picture how Cruz was the only one to beat Hillary and how he polled so much better than Trump against Hillary?
