A teary-eyed Ted Cruz is hinting that hes leaving the door open for another White House bid in a newly released video titled "No regrets."
The 5-minute video opens with a campaign staffer asking if the Cruz camp made it through this without regrets. This is nearly a regret-free campaign, he says. Ted Cruz didnt lose. Our campaign for president lost.

how did he fight for us? Voting for the TPP or voting for the Corker Amendment?Do your own research and you will find the truth, not the BS spread here.

Not after crap like this. He's acting about as presidential as a drunk dwarf on a bender. Game of Thrones's Tyrion Lannister would be a far better President than Cruz.

Ted claims that HE "started a movement"; he didn't.
Trump started a movement that IS Conservative, Patriotic, and without him, NOBODY would have said one word about building the wall, the INVASION OF ILLEGAL ALIENS, MUSLIM TERRORISTS, how awful the economy REALLY is, and much more.
You voted for Cruz, but "unenthusiastically" ? Then WHY did you vote for him at all?
To: Vendome
Why do you imagine that I “hate” you?
To: nopardons
Did Cruz and Crew even stop to think that the movement he speaks of stopped moving? Ted didn’t lose? Really?

Were you at the Texas State Republican Convention? If you had been there you would have seen a five minute standing ovation. There is no doubt he will be re-elected to the US Senate. Not very many people and delegate conventions tend to be filled with freaks, not normal people. Cruz won all the caucus states and delegate fights for that reason, but couldn't win with normal voters. That's why Cruz's team, according to news reports, wants to change the rules for 2020 to allow delegates to "vote their conscience" on a first ballot.
To: RedWulf
And remember when Cruz was burgling delegates, and many of us here were crying ‘Foul!’
A lot of the Cruzers smugly explained it as Cruz being more astute/savvy, having a better ground game, Trump was inept, etc., when we knew Ted was milking his new GOP-e contacts for all they were worth.
So this new attempt to carry water for Grampa Munster, that Cruz was outgunned and outplayed, that pail doesn’t hold any water.

Cruz didn't start any movement!
Yeah, tell me about it. The expectation of a movement is what prompted me to vote that guy in as senator. Yeah, I looked at his background, seemed he had the right ideas, the energy, the passion to go to D.C., shake the pillars of heaven, be a wrecking ball from the inside and throw scrap metal into the gears of the RINO/Obama Regime machine. Got him elected back in 2012, and waited for the fireworks. And waited. And waited. And waited. All sorts of flowery speeches and PR releases about what was needed to be done, but no actual
doing them. It is now 2016 and Thpppf - nothing. Just a bunch of talk. The guy wasn't even a speed bump to the Regime. Now this Trump comes along and is actually doing a lot of the stuff that I was
expecting from Cruz. Cruz just sucks - and these public pity parties he throws has now elevated him to a whiny little bitch. Surely we can find someone to primary him out with - maybe a crooked little good 'ole boy county commissioner would do. At least we would know what we are actually getting.

To: Roos_Girl
I dont know what people are reading in to him saying that. He said we started a movement. I take it as a message to his campaign staff and telling them they did a good job. Cruz has been BSing for awhile now that he has "started a movement" (this was shortly after it was reported that Trump has a real movement), and that Conservatives are "flocking to my campaign!" or that there was a "grass roots uprising" on his behalf. None of this was true as Cruz consistently lost the conservative vote in almost every state that actually voted. So when Cruz now says that he has "started a movement," or that "this movement doesn't go away in one election," he is talking about all these fictional people who don't really exist and, consequently, don't help him win elections.
To: TexasCruzin
He is just delusional and can’t believe that everyone doesn’t see that he is “the face of GOD”. Poor twee baby needs to get over himself.

So - am I supposed to wear a clown outfit or something to my upcoming state convention?

Sorry, in the video he says “WE started a movement”, not “I started a movement”.
I voted for him because I thought he was the best of the choices. I agree Trump started the conversation in public of what we’ve been saying here for years. I can’t get behind all the emotional reaction that Trump seems to want to (and does) generate.
