Her supporters are as every bit the pit-bull that she is. And unlike normal people they aren’t burdened by notions such as ethics or legality.

They don't like her because there's something wrong with them, not her. What could it be? Quite a number of polling consultants pull six figures for indulging in the mystery. Nice living.
For the most part, it is her qualities as a candidate that keep her allies up at night, not her fitness to be president, which they categorically do not question.

That quarter-century of "service" her supporters are so fond of citing has created an unmistakable stench. She has one chance, and precisely one: go negative enough to make her opponent smell worse. Hillary has always been a weak candidate. It wasn’t so obvious when she lost to Obama because he was built up so much in the media , and the sordid truth about his background was hidden. Now she’s losing to this old beatnik socialist, and the Dems are mystified that the wild enthusiasm for the First Female President is gone. It never existed. Trump 2016!
