Obama 'obsession' allows men to choke girls in bathrooms [United Sodom of America]

Amid the Obama administration's "obsession" with allowing men into girls' restrooms, shower rooms and locker rooms, there's appearing a horrifying side effect: Men who have assaulted, or tried to assault, girls while both are in those areas of privacy. Obama's latest on the White House bathroom fetish came this week with his demand to public schools across the country that they allow students to say they are transgender and to use the facilities of their choice, completely disregarding the privacy rights of other students. Administration officials are casting it as a civil-rights issue, claiming that Congress, in its 1964 Civil Rights Act, envisioned not only authorizing but requiring permission for men to enter women’s locker-room facilities.

The move was condemned immediately by conservatives, such as Gov. Mike Huckabee, who said it reveals "a lot" about Obama and his priorities. The latest tragedy of having men in women’s bathroom was reported by the Chicago Tribune on Friday. The Tribune reported a West Town man was accused of choking an 8-year-old girl until she passed out inside a store bathroom in a South Loop neighborhood. "The girl went into the store's bathroom. At some point, Reese M. Hartstirn, 33, came into the bathroom and started choking the girl with his hands, causing her to become unconscious," the report said. "He then picked up the unconscious girl and carried her into a bathroom stall, closing the door so she couldn’t leave..."

The bathroom issue is a distraction, it’s an Alinski tactic to give conservatives bad press. That’s why it’s in the headlines now and not after the election.

Trump didn’t take the bait.

It’s a real issue, it’s just not an election winning issue. Trump knows their game he won’t take the bait on it now. He can deal with this after winning the election.

I just had a weird thought.

Just as some jurisdictions have alcohol laws, maybe some enterprising private individuals could come up with a way of leasing out private bathrooms that may be had (for a membership) but still sex-segregated.

Call them “bathroom clubs.”

The problem is, a male who identifies as a male or a female who identifies as a female has to use the bathroom of their gender. Now if you are a male identifying as a female you can use the women's bathroom. If you are a female identifying as a male, you can use the men's room.

She should have said she identified as a male, then if they kicked her out she could sue for discrimination.

It's all crazy. This country is literally going to pot.

This is precisely my point.

The federal government is trying to establish a very particular subset of the population as above the laws that everyone else has to obey.

That is a violation of the Equal Protection Clause.

Board of Education (1954), the Supreme Court decision that helped to dismantle racial segregation, and also the basis for many other decisions rejecting discrimination against people belonging to various groups.

The Equal Protection Clause itself applies only to state and local governments. However, the Supreme Court held in Bolling v. Sharpe (1954) that equal protection requirements apply to the federal government through the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.”

What the federal government is attempting to do is illegal.

You cannot favor one group by discriminating against another. It’s a two way street.

Subjecting one group of people to the law while exempting another is discrimination.
