Oh, ok. Hadn’t heard that.
Haha. Now you’ve been wrong twice.
Care to make it three times?
I see the opposite. The longer Ryan waits & others come aboard he will be seen as weak & leading from behind.
Exactly. Why does Trump need to end this? What should he concede?
Ryan started this stupidity with Romney. Trump won and they can go eff themselves.
And he's really, really p***** that Trump said that Cruz didn't have the temperament for the supreme court.
Ted isn't a forgiving guy.....can you tell.
And considering that the Dems are in civil war mode against each other, destroying each other, now it the TIME for the GOP to unite and DEFEAT the Dems.
Yeah, and Cruz calls himself a Christian. He acts like a HYPOCRITE in full.
I’d much rather watch Trump beat the Establishment in both parties. Unity works best when you flush out all of the traitors first.
Ryan and the other GOP members better come around to the reality that RIGHT NOW Mr. Trump holds the cards in his hands.
No more 8 years of Obama. Just say, Hell no to Clintoon!
Mary Katherine Hamm is a Hillary Clinton surrogate.
She wants Clinton to win.
“Ryan didnt endorse. Says Unity takes time. Will have more meetings.”
I got that. My point is more meetings, means more drama, means more media opportunities.
Free earned media. Part of Trumps method, to date.
Trump doesn’t win you over as much as he forces you to capitulate.
Exactly. I’m on board at this point!
I think most of the GOP is uniting fine enough.
But there also seems to be a toxically vocal, albeit small contingent of dissenters who are stirring up a lot of trouble at the moment.
Some of it’s the #NeverTrump people, and we know who many of them are. Along with other unknowns who we don’t know are involved. As well as circumstantial opportunists simply gaming the dissent for their own gain.
Cruz’s actions certainly haven’t done anything to soothe this over either. I’m sure there’s enough diehards who avidly believe they can still steal the nomination from Trump @ Convention.
I just saw Ryan’s press conference. What a P.O.S. He hasn’t budged a bit from his original rejection of Trump. He talked a lot about “core conservative principles”, but of course Ryan and his ilk only TALK about such principles, never actually acting upon them. Weirdly enough Ryan outlines all of the many different reasons the GOP ought to be backing Trump, but then refuses to back Trump.
The great thing about that interview was Ryan’s body language, which strongly contrasted with his relaxed demeanor when he originally shafted Trump in the CNN interview a few days ago. Today, Ryan acted like he was standing on a hot AND electrified griddle.
Apparently, Ryan hasn’t yet given up on his dream of getting Hillary elected this election cycle so he can run against her in four years.
I don’t do Twitter and I’m not going to sift through that crap. In 100 words or less, what the hell was said?
Talk about flip-flopping. Ham used to be a conservative on Fox, now a lib on CNN. She goes where the money is the best.
I agree with your point of view. Both Trump and Ryan have positions that represent all side of todays Republican Party. I find what was done here smart on both sides. Without Trump working with multiple sides and Ryan to help pull it together the common goal of ejecting Hillary does not happen.
Trump knows this and Ryan knows this. The naysayers spitting gobbley gook of continuing to fight and the media fueling the fires does nothing but split all sides. This should begin the process of stopping nevertrump.
It was a win for all of us voting!
