Romney appears to be VERY jealous of Trump. He just wants to know what the guy made....from hard work.....

Not that Romney is considering working hard.

Don't do it Donald----Cruz is salivating about how he'd take the tax info and catapult himself into front-runnder status (course he's been doing that from the get-go---and now he's back in the Senate w/ all his (cough) buddies.

Why didn't Mitt go after his opponent Obama w/ the same aggressiveness and vitriol he's going after Donald?

Cruz said that Trump claimed the Mafia as a dependent on his returns

I think unintended consequences are helping Trump.

Mitt Romney is so yesterday.

Amen, Sister! I was watching when she said this and almost stood up in my den and cheered! Her show used to come on my local radio talk station, but she was replaced by the Herman Cain Show. I like him, but I do not listen to his show the way I listened to Laura’s.

It’s a good point. It’s not like Romney is doing this to help Trump become more presidential.

Romney probably has some pissing match that Don Trump is only worth 249M

I think the Clintons have fabricated the “tax returns” they purport to be theirs. Since the IRS cannot comment on anybody’s taxes, the Clintons realize they are free to “release” whatever they want and claim them to be legitimate. There is no way for them to disprove my supposition.

“I don’t know what Mitt Romney is doing. I really don’t.” said Ingraham. “I mean, I guess at this point, he’s in it to help Hillary because I don’t know why he would make that point”

“he’s in it to help Hillary”

Same point can be applied to Rush Limbaugh, who still refers to “you Trump supporters”.

I don’t think it’s for Hillary, she just jumped on the “tax return” bandwagon as a talking point.

I think it’s the tag team of Romney-Cruz-Ryan, trying to damage Trumps delegate count so Cruz can jump back in at a contested convention.

It’s the only thing that makes sense.

That’s why RyanO is delaying his support for Trump, to wait and see how it all works out. What else does Romney need to keep trying to damage him for? Cruz exposed his intention when he jumped the gun the other day about “jumping back in”.

It the “Cruz conspiracy”.

Romney should go away.

I don’t get this obsession with tax returns.

Is he trying to make sure that Trump is paying his “fair share”?

Sounds like a commie/socialist obsession to me.

The IRS is a political tool. I thought “conservatives” wanted to abolish the IRS for this reason. Therefore, yes, Romney is not representing “conservatives” when he demands Trump’s tax returns. Cruz made the same mistake during a debate and was called on it. Soon, Cruz too was singing for an abolishment of the IRS. Go home, Mitt, you lost!!

Trade Trump’s tax return for the audit report of the Clinton Foundation. I’m much more interested in the latter.

Romney just continues to expose himself. The standards and rules are different now. If the media can cover up for a politician and SoS who sets up a home brew email server in her bathroom and is a part of an obviously corrupt foundation that is used as a slush fund then it's hard to give a damn about Donald Trump's tax returns.

Also - I pretty much know how Donald Trump got / gets his money. Until I see a serious investigation into how Pelosi and Reid and others were able to become millionaires while serving in Congress, I'll care about Trump's tax return.

Instead of asking Trump, why don’t they just ask Lois Lerner?

Hasn’t Donald made available prior year tax returns? What’s so special about the current ones?

Wonder why Romney isn’t attacking Hillary about her emails? Why is he so concerned about Trumps taxes? What a prick.
