Dobbs of course right again about Ryan. IMHO I’m not sure Ryan is operating under any illusions about his own qualities or lack thereof. He’s simply representing the Will/Hayes/ Rove/etc wing on the GOP. And like my list, I’m not at all sure how many he’s speaking for are even elected officials.
