White House National Security Adviser Susan E. Rice said Wednesday there are too many white people in key government posts, creating the danger of “groupthink” that could put U.S. security at risk.

Speaking at Florida International University’s commencement, Ms. Rice said a diversified government workforce is more likely to yield “better outcomes” than a predominantly white one.

Referring to criticism that the U.S. national security workforce is “white, male, and Yale,” Ms. Rice told the graduates, “In the halls of power, in the faces of our national security leaders, America is still not fully reflected.”

“By now, we should all know the dangers of ‘groupthink,’ where folks who are alike often think alike,” she said. “By contrast, groups comprised of different people tend to question one another’s assumptions, draw on divergent perspectives and experiences, and yield better outcomes.”

Besides that, let's look at the devolution of government, culture, and civilization when descendants of Europeans are no longer in power. There are ample examples in Africa and the Caribbean.

One could argue that our civilization, technology, government and traditions are almost solely the result of European initiative.

If Ms. Rice truly wants the federal employment to reflect the racial composition of the United States, she will be in favor of:

- An immediate DECREASE in the number of African-Americans in the federal workforce (over represented by 4.8%)

- An immediate DECREASE in the number of Asian American/Pacific Islanders in the federal workforce (over represented by 1.0%)

- An immediate INCREASE in the number of Hispanics in the federal workforce (under represented by 9.0%) (This number is suspect as the Census enumerates persons and employment in the federal government requires citizenship - well, atleast for the moment.)

BTW, Obama was obviously desperate to release the five Taliban Generals and send them to Qatar, Hillary and Obama’s partner of choice for covert military action in the region, on the eve of the ISIS offensive in Syria and Iraq.

We now know that much of ISIS is funded and controlled by Qatar and much of the ISIS top leadership is based in Qatar .

These five Taliban Generals were the guys who set up the al Qaeda training camps in Afghanistan and who trained the al Qaeda sleeper agents and mentored them in setting up their sleeper cells in the jihadi trainees home countries to wait for the call to Jihad

These are the same sleeper cells that are supplying much of the tens of thousands ISIS foreign fighters pouring into Syria and Libya , all of whom seem to be remarkably well trained and able to rapidly form an effective, cohesive fighting force despite having come from all over the Muslim world

Rice is a black, anti-white racist in a position of power that is obviously way above her level of competence to fill. Obama has filled his administration with many of her ilk. We're paying the price for that brand of "minority" group think putting our country in serious danger economically and militarily. The whole lot of them needs to be cleaned out and replaced with people who are professionally competent in place of those whose primary qualification was enough melanin and/or estrogen to check off some political correctness brownie points.

I was a manager in a medium sized agency in Sacramento. When I pointed out we had too may Asians, not whites (Asians were 10% of our force and 6% for the population, the director’s head exploded and I was branded a racist.
