(CNSNews.com) - The U.S. Justice Department is putting the feelings of transgenders -- men who think they are women and women who think they are men -- above the privacy rights of the vast majority of people who don't contest the biological facts of who they actually are.
"And what we must not do, what we must never do, is turn on our neighbors, our family members, our fellow Americans for something that they cannot control and deny what makes them human," Attorney General Loretta Lynch said on Monday.

Interesting, if I want to take advantage of the set asides for females or minorities then as a man all I have to do is claim I feel like whatever I please and be granted the set aside for my current thoughts.
Is this a great country or what?

Doesn’t Title IX also apply to affirmative action programs at colleges? If so, that means anybody can “feel” like an aggrieved minority on any given day and is thus “entitled” to lowered admission standards, special categories of financial aid, etc.

Hey Lynch, I FEEL that I am President of the United States. Does this mean I can remove Obama, and take his job ?

Similarly, if you want to quack like a duck, the state can’t INSIST your not a duck... or can it?
Or is it just the FEDERAL government gets to decide if you can be a duck or not, and not any STATE

I believe so much of this can be traced back to Obama's past. I wonder if he was molested as a child by his tranny nanny. What kind of mother would leave their child with a sexual pervert? I've read that those molested as a child often turn out gay. I wouldn't be shocked if Obama desires to live a gay lifestyle. It wouldn't shock me if somewhere down the line he comes out. He even had to create fake girlfriends for his autobiography.

It is time to start fighting back by fighting absurdity with absurdity. We need to start a concentrated effort to completely overwhelm the entire Civil Rights Court system with frivolous lawsuits and claims - ALL BASED ON FEELINGS!!!
Me personally, I no longer feel like a successful white male college graduate -- pay no attention to my nice house, car, or high paying job --- I FEEL LIKE A POOR AFRICAN AMERICAN AND DEMAND WELFARE, FOOD STAMPS, AND ALL OTHER GOVERNMENT HAND OUTS!!!!! NOW!!!!!

Remember that when Lynch came up for confirmation we heard quite a few glowing statements of support from republicans?
I would bet that most Freepers could just take a wild guess at which republicans voted to confirm Lynch and get most of them right.
REPUBLICANS WHO VOTED TO CONFIRM LYNCH
Mitch McConnell (Ky.)
Kelly Ayotte (N.H.)
Orrin Hatch (Utah)
Lindsey Graham (S.C.)
Susan Collins (Maine)
Jeff Flake (Ariz.)
Mark Kirk (Ill.)
Rob Portman (Ohio)
Thad Cochran (Miss.)
Ron Johnson (Wis.)
