The State Department said Monday that it still cannot locate emails to or from former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons senior information technology staffer.
Bryan Pagliano set up Mrs. Clintons home brew email server in 2009, but a Freedom of Information Act request for documents linked to his tenure at the agency have turned up nothing since last year.
The Department has searched for Mr. Paglianos email PST file and has not located one that covers the time period of Secretary Clintons tenure, State Department spokesman Elizabeth Trudeau said Monday, ABC News reported.
FBI agents are expected to wrap up within weeks their investigation into Mrs. Clintons server, which may have violated a subsection of the Espionage Act related to gross negligence in handling government documents.
The Justice Department granted Mr. Pagliano immunity for participating in its investigation, but a FOIA request-turned lawsuit by the Republican National Committee should have produced documents.
Its hard to believe that an IT staffer who set up Hillary Clintons reckless email server never sent or received a single work-related email in the four years he worked at the State Department, RNC Deputy Communications Director, Raj Shah, said in a statement to the network.

No, State just told the RNC they have nothing from the State system through a FOIA request. The FBI could be holding all the emails he may have been sending on the Clinton server.
Not if he got an immunity deal. His attorney would have proffered the FBI that, if self-incrimination was off the table, Mr. Pagliano could truthfully testify that _________ and he would spill. The FBI would have never cut a deal with him if he just intended to keep pleading the 5th.
The difference is he is not one of the Flunkies. .
He’s a contractor hired to do a job.
Not the first to be caught in the middle.

And now they have produced nothing material?
But, they can hack an Iphone....
Find one email sent by him and another sent to him.
Track its routing and find all MX records.
You’ll find what you want...
Yep, many are willing to give up freedom for living on the dole and if it comes to losing all freedoms they’ll be the first to cry like babies.
Some of the 30,000 she deleted. What a deceptive lying witch.
When in office they transferred 900 FBI files illegally to the WH. If their MO continued, they have smut on just about everybody.
....The Clintons are made of pure TEFLON....
Successful Clinton excuses so far:

Have you ever seen the Arkancide list?
Where is the FBI???
The same FBI that gave this clown immunity?
Well now, this guy can now claim he never sent an email during his employment while Hitlery was Secretary and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
The FBI was in on the cover-up from the beginning. This has all been a show to portray the Republicans as a gang of “Witch Hunters” and portray Hitlery as a “poor woman being attacked by the mean Republicans” to gain sympathy.
Freedom of choice
Is what you got
Freedom from choice!
Is what you want!
“Here at the State Department, we’re not smart enough to turn on a computer, but trust us to handle foreign affairs.”
Either that, or they are selectively leaking and this was known months ago.
Well, let’s see. Talking about setting up a rogue email server obviously couldn’t be done on the very same email server before it was set up. And certainly this conversation could not be done via state.gov
Gee, I wonder if Pagliano has his his own email server, to which he granted Hillary an account so they could talk about setting up a rogue email server?
Maybe someone should write a subpoena and see how far they can get with it?
This is totally unexpected. /sarcasm
Seriously. Incriminating documents fingering the Clintons of their many misdeeds always find a way to disappear, don’t they? Harry Houdini would be jealous of these feats of “magic”.
I think this s a set up by the FBI, THEY HAVE the emails you don’t give someone immunity before knowing what he has to offer!!! They want her to THINK they don’t have them then when she lies BOOM, BOOM she is DONE!!!!
