Both Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush will not attend this summer's Republican convention, spokesmen confirmed to The Hill.

I did not bust anyone’s chops for it. I just noted it for the record. I would only note that a hippo lacks the horn and appears to be impotent compared to a rhino, altogether softer and squishier.
