OTOH, my kiddo LOVES any and ALL animals and my Grand has followed in those footsteps. ;^)
Yes, there are several current owners and others who lost their Dobes, years ago, but always speak of them with much love, when the occasion presents itself.
He started out as a Bluegrass band (Lower Forty Grass) in Ala. Went national in 79 and traveled all of lower 48 and parts of Canada. Played in 47 states and 3 Canadian Prov. Most of his gigs were military bases, but also Texas dance halls and cowboy honky tonks. When grass began to fade, he switched to country.
Our son played fiddle in the band from age 6. Grew up on the stage and turned out to be a fine Christian man. He plays anything with strings but only for fun. He’s a pro photographer. Most recently he played guitar with a rock band locally. He got tired of that quickly. Said he wants to concentrate on his girls while they are young.
Does she get along with the snakes ?

We will have to remember though, that Donald is just a man, and may stray from where we’d like him to be, from time to time. Even the great Ronaldus Magnus wasn’t perfect.
As hard as we’ve all worked to get him elected, we must never forget to remind him of his promises to us, should he ever weaken. He’ll need our strength, just as much as we need his, if we’re to make America great again together.

Oh, I see. Did you have one of their GIGANTIC steaks? I never could figure out how anyone could eat them, as even their “small” steaks are gigantic.

Yikes! Hope you can get in an hour or so on train going in tomorrow... But when the adrenalin flows and the mind is crazy busy -— well, sleep is elusive.
Oddly enough, that bothered me more than most of his other shortcomings.
My grandmother was an animal person and of all of her pets, I loved the Samoyed the best.
The kiddos have a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. He's kinda dopey but he LOVES everyone and the cats too.
I need at least six most nights but once in a while, I can still pull an all-nighter. This might be one of those nights. Maybe I'll sleep on the train!

She is far too active and mindless of her own strength so I don’t let her near them.
And she is big, as big as the boy, even outweighing him.
Odin, on the other hand, adores them.
If I’m carrying one of them through the living room, for whatever reason, he’s prancing alongside, ‘booping’ them in their butt with his nose.
He’s an odd dog.

OTOH....he owes us and he KNOWS how much he owes us, so we, in turn, have to keep his feet to the fire! :-)
