Accd.to the NYDaily News its far worse than an outlier. It’s probably bogus. Daily news claims this is the only poll showing Cruz with a lead! Anyone that would use this info is truly desperate,far more desperate than slick.
The editor’s message seemed a lot more defensive yesterday. He seems a lot more certain today. FWIW

I was curios if Rush was going to use that push/pull Down’s poll that was 400 people over two weeks. This just shows how far Rush has fallen. It is indeed sad.
Yep. Doesn't seem to be polling for an agenda. Started with a polling model (sample over a long period of time) that was contaminated with events, like the Cruz/Kasich pact and naming of a running mate.
I don't know the guy, so my defense of him as "not a hack" is more like extending a presumption.

I noticed that, and figured we came to the NY Daily News report independently. It's good to have more than one of us posting that report in a thread. Many readers "skip read," "skim" and otherwise miss remarks and contents available here.
Totally agree that the Downs poll results aren't a reliable indicator of sentiment today, for many reasons. Limbaugh has an agenda, not that there is anything wrong with that, and when one has an agenda, one uses the tools available. Like fighting a war, you have to do it with the army you have.
