Not so fast. A new poll shows Cruz winning big:
If other polls confirms Downs poll then ok but smething wrong here.
I’d say these couple of polls are more recent April 27-28 and shows Trump in the lead. Clout Research conducted a live agent telephone poll of likely voting Republican Primary Election voters statewide in Indiana regarding the presidential election. The survey was conducted April 27. It included 423 respondents and carries a confidence interval of 95% and a margin of error of +/- 4.75 percentage points - Trump 37.1 and Cruz 35.2. The second poll conducted April 27-April 28 by the American Research Group shows Trump 41% and Cruz 32%. A CBS poll earlier this week found Trump with about 40% of support in Indiana, compared to 35% for Cruz. The poll had a margin of error of 6.6 points. Other polls have also shown Trump ahead.
The one that took them two weeks to poll 400 people? And started WAY before a lot of people realized Cruz had begun to slide into fantasyland?
It took them two weeks to find the right 400 people where 45% of them would prefer Ted Cruz. Maybe you guys can get a judge to keep the polls open for two weeks and have guards at the polls that only let Cruz supporters in to vote. MAYBE then, you guys might pull off a win.
Redstate jumped the shark for cruz months ago with that fat slop erikson...they are totally unreliable for anything.
Mike Downs Indiana Polling or something other? WTH? Really?
Cruz will be his normal annoying (infrequent) winner self if that poll is reliable.
Oh you bet. Be sure and take a look at that poll. At best it is dodgy
Cling to the most-dated (started April 13), obvious outlier poll. Let me know how that works out for you on Tuesday night.
Cruz is going to get schonged in Indiana. He needs to pull out the next morning but because he is a screwball he will attempt to stick around til June 7th so he can burn the house down. If Cruz does not drop out he is going to ruin whats left of his political career and I will not be shedding any tears for the Ahole.
The last poll that outfit did was in 2011 for the mayor of Ft. Wayne.
That poll appeared out of thin air done by a firm who hasn’t polled anything since 2011. Out-liar
Among 400 likely voters surveyed, Cruz won out, getting nearly 45 percent, compared to Donald Trump's 29 percent.
so over a couple WEEKS, all they could poll was 400 people... OH yeah, i'm gonna put a lot of faith in that one i am
I was able to stomach Fox News for a few minutes this morning. They only showed the one Indiana poll that had Cruz ahead. FNC is funnier than the Comedy Channel.
widely?
The guy hasn’t released a poll since 2011
Look at all the other polls on RCP. They use a 1 to 3 day window to collect their numbers of what voters are thinking.
This poll, finished on 27 April went back 14 days. In other words it is NOT a picture of NOW.
Almost half of it is right after the Wisconsin primary and before the New York primary. New York and the NE primary changed the narrative.
So, the bottom line is that there was a shift in Indiana AFTER the NY and NE primaries. The polls capturing 1 to 3 day information are the ones actually depicting what is happening now.
RED STATE !!!! BS!!!!’
While Trump is going to fill this place up today.
