Is former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown in the running to be Donald Trump's pick for vice president pick if he gets the Republican nomination?
Brown told WCVB he was in New York with Trump Tuesday night and met with him for about 90 minutes.

Horrible option. Adds nothing to the ticket, no demographic enhancement, no states to turn red.
Bad, bad option.

No. I think he’s going to be courting Nikki Haley.

Not great, but still better than Secretariat.

I doubt Trump would select a VP who lost his Senate seat after only 1 term.
Other advisory positions — possibly.

Trump would either have to choose someone who could deliver a big battleground state (eg, Kasich OH, Giuliani NY, Nugent MI), or a complimentary demographic (eg, Martinez, Carson, Rice, Blackburn).
Not a final list, btw.

NO! Brown is a stinkin’ RINO. If I recall correctly, the election bringing him in had hardly ended before he started betraying the people who voted for him to be a conservative. We need trash like him like we need another year of Odungo.

Kasich. Every time I heard him open his mouth, it was face palm time. What a total jerk.

Nope. Won’t be Scott Brown. He doesn’t bring anything.
I don’t like him at all, but my radar is telling me it will be Chris Christie:
1. He brings a state that will be in serious play. New Jersey with a significant number of delegates.
2. He makes peace with the establishment.
3. He brings a demographic....fat people. (And I’m serious about that.)
4. He’s smart, a good debater, and democrats are afraid of him.

I don’t think Chris Christie is VP material. He’s a big fat blowhard, a bully, and I still remember him hugging Odungo after Hurricane Sandy. Forget about THAT?

Doesn’t matter. His upside outweighs (no pun intended) his downside.
And FAT is actually a good thing. Something like half of the nation is FAT.

He’s in a tight race here just to keep his Governorship.
