Sen. Lindsey Graham tore into Donald Trumps speech on foreign policy, calling it unnerving, pathetic and scary.
The South Carolina Republican former presidential candidate told WABC Radio on Wednesday that the speech was nonsensical and showed that Trump has no understanding of the world and the role we play.
This speech was unnerving. It was pathetic in its content, and it was scary in terms of its construct. If you had any doubt that Donald Trump is not fit to be commander in chief, this speech shouldve removed it, Graham said. It took every problem and fear I have with Donald Trump and put in on steroids.
He added: It was like a guy from New York reading a speech that somebody wrote for him that he edited that makes no sense. And: It was not a conservative speech. This was a blend of random thoughts built around Rand Pauls view of the world.
Cruz and Lindsey forever tied together. He hopes to be the flower girl for Ted and Carly
Perhaps you could understand Trump's speech better, if it was read to you in your native language of arabic ?
What a great week for Trump.
5 big primary sweeps.
Ted getting sweept in 5 big primaries.
Obama talking like Linda.
Linda talking like Obama.
CanaTed wanting Carly as his vp.
Carly wanting to be CanaTed’s vp!
Sorry that he's not as in favor of Americans dying to defend the Saudis as you are.
I listened to it. Your fear mongering won’t work on this matter.
Confused by headline. I thought it was Graham Cracker.
Graham is an utter backstabbing punk, and always has been. Loves to hear himself talk. You would think a guy that had to drop out of the presidential primary battle before the SC primary because he knew he would get creamed by Trump in his own state might be a bit chastened and shut his mouth, but not this prancing narcissist.
Well, I pretty much agreed with everything he said; and it was only an outline.
The only thing scary is Graham.
Totally worth it.

Newt knows better than that. They don't live in a world of ideas. Their hasn't been a real idea about foreign policy come out of the place in years. It is all about pandering to paymasters, the press, and other special interest advocacy groups.
He is nothing but a warmonger.
Putting America first is always a problem with the political establishment.
Nancy Graham is having another hissy fit. Did McWeasel leave him?
I thought it made sense.
Someone said that it’s contradictory to say we didn’t want to be in a country and also to say that we want to attack ISIS. Not contradictory at all.
It’s called a reprisal campaign. We destroy the enemy and leave.
But if you leave, the Krauthammers say, what’s to keep them in line?
The threat that you’ll come kick their ass again and again until they get the message.
Go suck an egg, Linda.
Or go.
Just go.
Ok, I am literally over in the ME right now, working with Muslims everyday in a military environment. I loved Mr. Trump’s speech. God bless him!
Trump’s foreign policy speech today was brilliant on many different levels, but one of the most brilliant aspects to his speech is that by formulating and articulating his foreign policy in as much detail as he did at this stage of the election, he’s actually defined the foreign policy issues that will be debated from this point forward in the election! Hillary must now speak to TRUMP’S foreign policy! Hillary must either agree or disagree with the elements of Trump’s policies, which pretty much means she will lose either way.
So, ONCE AGAIN, Donald J. Trump has defined the election issues and has defined them in such a way that it is win-win for him and lose-lose for his opponent. This is something I don’t ever recall seeing in the last 25 years, namely a GOP candidate defining the issues and putting the Democrat on the defensive, rather than the Democrat defining the issues and putting the GOP on the defensive.
[BTW, Lindsey, what’s Hillary’s foreign policy? Does she even have one? Can’t wait to hear her foreign policy speech!]
