The Rush Limbaugh Show, M-F, 12noon-3PM, WOR-AM, Wednesday, April 27th, 2016.

AND NOW... amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke... it is time for... that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-The-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he's not retiring until every American agrees with him - do NOT doubt him - with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name (that's Rush, for those in Rio Linda), the Mandarin of Talk Radio, with talent on loan from G-d, at the cutting-edge of societal evolution, with half his brain tied behind his back - just to make it fair, the all-knowing, all-caring, all-sensing, all-feeling, all-concerned Maha-Rushie! America's anchorman, truth detector, and doctor of democracy. A real man, a living legend, a way of life. Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Operation Chaos. Chief Waga-Waga El Rushbo of the El Conservo Tribe. Chief of the Patriotism Police. Leader of the Conservative Movement. A Weapon of Mass Instruction. El Rushbo (a little Spanish lingo, there). He is the man who is running America (you know it and I know it). He knows the Democrats like every square inch of his glorious naked body. He is ready to do what he was born to do - host. Get ready to what you were born to do - listen. And post your comments on the Rush Limbaugh LIVE Radio Thread.

Just CLAIMING to be a conservative is not enough anymore. Too many have claimed such in the past and turned when they crossed the Potomac.

He was obviously there

He likely was at RNC meeting last weekend in his backyard where the goofy Cruz Kasich desperation move was hatched

Some are concerned with his consuming obsession with D. Trump and placing much more energy on attacking Trump than B. Obama or Ms. Hillary.

That’s was not the question. I asked “what has he done?”

You are wanting some political response from someone who is not a politician.

That is the same fallacy the GOPestablishment and Media try to use. Then, they are astonished that the old manner of political campaigns is not working.

I like your optimism, and truly hope he finds his sanity again. I hope he rethinks what he thinks he knows. It takes someone with consumate humility to do that, but it can be done, and I hope he does it.

I love him too, and miss him.

My favorite mantra is “It’s all going to be ok,” so I join you in holding the vision for one who has served us (I think) as well as he as been able to do.)

The question came because a Cruz detractor wanted to know “What has Cruz done?” I thought it was fair to ask “What has Trump done”.

Simple, Trump raised the two critical issues of illegal immigration and one-sided trade deals and their impact on the economy to levels never before seen in a presidential campaign. He's the first candidate who had both the guts and the presence to accomplish that.

Me Too Ted had done little more than mealy mouth and flip/flop on those issues prior to Trump's entry, and then he resorted to copying Trump on the issues after Trump entered the race.

The voters know that and their votes, when allowed to vote, say it loud and clear.

Sounds like Trump gave a serious speech with gravitas, while Ted is going to have a carnival sideshow at 4PM.

” Rush is smart. His heart is in the right place.”

Well his heart belongs to Marco Rubio, so once the Cruz infatuation ends that will replace it.

I thought he did real good! He really wanted to emphasize that America can be trusted and that the American people can also once more feel our government is trustworthy.

Yeah, Limbaugh probably is still wondering what Trump’s appeal is.

It’s his stand on the issues, just that simple, and these morons can’t get it inside their heads.
