Donald J. Trump Response to Cruz and Kasich Campaigns
It is sad that two grown politicians have to collude against one person who has only been a politician for ten months in order to try and stop that person from getting the Republican nomination.
Senator Cruz has done very poorly and after his New York performance, which was a total disaster, he is in free fall and as everyone has seen, he does not react well under pressure. Also, approximately 80% of the Republican Party is against him. Governor Kasich, who has only won 1 state out of 41, in other words, he is 1 for 41 and he is not even doing as well as other candidates who could have stubbornly stayed in the race like him but chose not to do so. Marco Rubio, as an example, has more delegates than Kasich and yet suspended his campaign one month ago. Others, likewise, have done much better than Kasich, who would get slaughtered by Hillary Clinton once the negative ads against him begin. 85% of Republican voters are against Kasich.
Collusion is often illegal in many other industries and yet these two Washington insiders have had to revert to collusion in order to stay alive. They are mathematically dead and this act only shows, as puppets of donors and special interests, how truly weak they and their campaigns are. I have brought millions of voters into the Republican primary system and have received many millions of votes more than Cruz or Kasich. Additionally, I am far ahead of both candidates with delegates and would be receiving in excess of 60% of the vote except for the fact that there were so many candidates running against me.
Because of me, everyone now sees that the Republican primary system is totally rigged. When two candidates who have no path to victory get together to stop a candidate who is expanding the party by millions of voters, (all of whom will drop out if I am not in the race) it is yet another example of everything that is wrong in Washington and our political system. This horrible act of desperation, from two campaigns who have totally failed, makes me even more determined, for the good of the Republican Party and our country, to prevail!

Cruz is playing the game Romney did in 2008: sabotage the GOP candidate in the current election, so he can win the nomination 4 years from now.
Cruz is trying to set himself up for 2020 by ensuring the GOP loses in 2016.

And because he's become a rat bastard like mitt romney and paul ryan-boehner, I'll be very happy to help him get his ass kicked to the curb in 2020 too...

Give it up! Nobodies answering your stupid questions because you support Lying, colluding, cheating, dishonest, sellout globalist establishment candidates that have no morals, dignity, or class.
Shameless diversion from the fact that your candidate is a Lying cheater but nice try. Go waste another half hour writing more nonsense that NOBODY cares about since you support the biggest sellout to come from the GOPe ever.

If that is what he is actually thinking, he is even more stupid than I thought. After this election season, does he think the voters will all get amnesia and forget just how dirty and untrustworthy he is?
I can’t even imagine Texas voting for him again.

YES!, I too wonder what Rush will say. I will tune in today just to see, although I can guess....
They are just using the “rules”. Nothing illegal here. Just playing hardball.
Just shows what a great politician Ted Cruz is. He is running a brilliant ground game and fighting hard to win this primary for the us conservatives and the American people.
(this is my guess as to what Rush will say, I don’t agree with any of it)

Trump is overly fond of adjectives and over-the-top rhetoric, but I like that he called out their unprincipled collusion and reminded people that Cruz has been working hand-and-hand with the D.C. establishment. I think it was a nice touch that he used the same line of (questionable) reasoning that they use against him—that anyone who didnt vote for Cruz or Kasich is necessarily against them. (And how entertaining is it that the principled conservative Cruz wants his people in NM (!) and OR to vote for Kasich who said he will enact amnesty in his first 100 days! Hilarious.)
Cruz and Kasich are obviously in desperation-panic mode. That (among other things) tells me that this is over. That fat lady has sung. Trumps wins will be gigantic tomorrow, giving him even more momentum. He even looks set to win most of the unbound PA delegates. The polls for the upcoming states already indicate that Trump will get to the 1237 and possibly a fair number of delegates over that, especially with the unbounds that already said they will support him. Cruz is smart enough to recognize that and frantically hopes that things will somehow turn around if he can beat Trump in Indiana. It wont, even if somehow he does.

All Truth. Teddy Boy has proven yet again that he is a Washington insider and wants to be an insider.

This is a completely transparent attempt to lower expectations: wherever either Cruz or Kasich gets slaughtered in the voting, they will say hey, I was not trying to win that state anyway! Pathetic.

“The only thing for Cruz and Kasich to stay in the race is for the good of the corrupt GOP establishment.”
That is for sure why Cruz is still in the race. Kasich is just in it for himself.

“This is the GOPes Hail Mary Pass.”
That is exactly what it is. Being interesting to see how Rush phrases it.

“ASking the super pacs to join in the collusion might violate some fed election laws I am told”
Sure is. However I don’t think anyone in the Obama administration will do anything. They hate Trump.

Trump is honest and straight forward. You know what you are going to get and their are no games being played. On the other hand who is the real Ted Cruz? Mr. Haney or Elmer Gantry.

“After convincing me and winning my vote, I’d be insulted if Trump told me to go vote for someone else.
I’m a person, not a pawn.”
Good point.

“Not to mention that a number of Trump voters (myself included) will sit out if shenanigans allow that loser to be the POTUS nominee.”
I am in total agreement with you. I am not about to put up with all the BS.
To: ShivaFan
“Kerosene Cruz, is going to lose.”
Good analysis.
To: nopardons
“Don’t worry about the down ballot, unless Trump is denied the nomination.”
You speak the truth. I will vote for the down ballot but not the top spot with all corruption going on. GO TRUMP GO
