Judge Napolitano says FBI has “overwhelming” evidence to indict and convict Clinton

On “The O’Reilly Factor” last night, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the FBI is in the final stages of its investigation into Hillary Clinton and her private email server, and he believes the agency has more than enough evidence to indict and convict her…

“The evidence of her guilt is overwhelming,” Judge Napolitano stated. “And the FBI knows a lot more about it than I do.”

He said he is “100-percent certain” that the FBI has enough evidence to indict and convict.

Whether they do or not, however, is another issue and a politically-charged one, Judge Napolitano added.

Judge Andrew Napolitano went on Bill O’Reilly’s show on Friday night and seemed to at least hint that it’s nearly a done deal. (Fox News)

I would be surprised if the Benghazi families did not pay her back, in kind.

Paging Joe Biden. Once Hillary gets enough delegates to beat Bernie, then the Dems can have a contested convention if Hillary drops out. Obama prefers Biden and Biden's wife has recently said that it is a shame Joe didn't elect to run.

Maybe this is the coup de grace that Obama and Valarie have planned. It is the total humiliation of the Clintons and removes them from running the Dem party for the next 8 years. And Biden doesn't have to go thru the rigors of a primary campaign.

I think she’s seriously ill. Might not make it to the nomination, but if so, will croak in office.

Impeachment is an indictment. The gutless R’s led by helmet head didn’t have the balls to convict when he was tried in the Senate.

“Does Hillary not have to be indicted and convicted before she can be pardoned? “

From what I’ve just read, a Presidential pardon can be issued before any litigation has commenced, while it is in progress, or after the party has been convicted.
If that’s the case, then there needs to be something that’s withheld that is a different law being broken, so that the pardon doesn’t keep the individual from being prosecuted on the separate issue. Go President Trump, put Hitlary in the slammer! Slick Willie (and his willie-willie) with thank you profusely.

Nixon pleaded nolo contendere, a legal term that comes from the Latin word for “I do not wish to contend.” It is also referred to as a plea of no contest.

ICBW (but I don't think so) but wasn't that Agnew? Since Nixon was never charged, there would be no reason for him to make any plea at all.

I watched the video, and was disappointed with O’Reilly. He let that leftist fag Tafuri get away with bold faced lies...

but would you be willing to give up everything you’ve built over your life just to bring Hillary down?

Given that it would tear into huge portions of the Government, possibly bringing Obama and the Senate down, yes.

I'm praying that Justice will be done, that we'll elect leaders who will do justly, at all levels of government.

The document that Obama’s staff released intending to be his birth certificate was not a forgery. It was a fabrication.

Does Hillary not have to be indicted and convicted before she can be pardoned?

No. Ford pardoned Nixon even before any charges were alleged against him.

They needed some honest Democrats to join them if they were going to have enough votes to convict Clinton in the Senate, and honest Democrats are as common as Whigs these days. Once the Republicans realized they couldn’t get to a 2/3 vote, the whole thing became a kabuki theater.

Petraeus should scream to be pardoned because of indifferent or selective enforcement of the law to which he was convicted. His crime was one leak and Hillary's are in the hundreds.
